【摘要】：中日馬關(guān)議和期間,李鴻章使團(tuán)與國內(nèi)至少有102通電報(bào)往來。其中數(shù)量最多、內(nèi)容也最重要的與總署之間的往來電報(bào)主要使用"密紅"密電碼,這一密碼在官方密碼中屬最新者,但仍遭日方破譯。此外,李鴻章使團(tuán)使用的密電碼還有"電信新法"、"新新法"、"香帥東海密本"、"羅道漢字密本"。其中前兩者亦遭破譯,后兩者可能未遭破譯。
[Abstract]:During the Sino-Japanese peace talks between China and Japan, at least 102 telegrams were exchanged between Li Hongzhang's mission and the country. Among them, the largest number and most important telegrams with the General Administration used the "secret red" secret code. The code is the latest in the official code, but it has still been deciphered by the Japanese side. In addition, the secret codes used by Li Hongzhang's mission include the New Law on Telecommunications, the New and New Law, the secret edition of the Xiangshuai East Sea, and the secret edition of the Luodao Chinese characters. The first two have also been deciphered. The latter two may not have been deciphered.
