【摘要】:本文主要研究對(duì)象為中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)。中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)成立于1912年,結(jié)束于1950年,歷時(shí)近四十年,基本貫穿了整個(gè)中華民國(guó)時(shí)期;學(xué)會(huì)結(jié)束時(shí)有會(huì)員一萬(wàn)六千余人、團(tuán)體會(huì)員一百多個(gè)、各地分會(huì)五十個(gè)以上,是中國(guó)近代人數(shù)最多、規(guī)模最大的科學(xué)技術(shù)團(tuán)體;學(xué)會(huì)由詹天佑、顏德慶等中國(guó)最早的職業(yè)工程師創(chuàng)立,并長(zhǎng)期接受凌鴻勛、茅以升等著名工程師的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),是近代職業(yè)工程師的集合,發(fā)揮著工程師“民間領(lǐng)袖”的功能;學(xué)會(huì)組織工程師開(kāi)展學(xué)術(shù)交流、技術(shù)合作,為中國(guó)近代工程學(xué)術(shù)的發(fā)展和工程技術(shù)的進(jìn)步做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。 本文在充分掌握中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)原始檔案和相關(guān)資料的前提下,力圖對(duì)學(xué)會(huì)進(jìn)行了全面、深入的研究。 首先,挖掘中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)創(chuàng)立的歷史背景:一方面追溯近代“工程學(xué)”知識(shí)與技術(shù)在西方的產(chǎn)生及傳入中國(guó)的過(guò)程,另一方面重現(xiàn)“職業(yè)工程師”在近代中國(guó)的誕生及其群體的壯大過(guò)程。 其次,梳理中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)的歷史沿革:按照“中華工程師學(xué)會(huì)時(shí)期”、“中國(guó)工程學(xué)會(huì)時(shí)期”、“中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)統(tǒng)一時(shí)期”、“抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期及戰(zhàn)后的中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)”的順序重新梳理學(xué)會(huì)復(fù)雜的歷史沿革,展現(xiàn)學(xué)會(huì)曲折的發(fā)展歷程和獨(dú)特的歷史軌跡。 再次,分析中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)的組織與運(yùn)作:通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)會(huì)的“組織架構(gòu)”、“會(huì)員資格”、“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)群體”等要素的研究,分析學(xué)會(huì)的組織與制度演變及其對(duì)學(xué)會(huì)發(fā)展的影響;通過(guò)對(duì)“制約學(xué)會(huì)發(fā)展的經(jīng)費(fèi)問(wèn)題”的討論,了解學(xué)會(huì)在實(shí)際運(yùn)作過(guò)程中所受到的制約及解決途徑;通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)會(huì)歷屆“年會(huì)”的梳理,歸納“年會(huì)”演變特點(diǎn),討論學(xué)會(huì)社會(huì)功能發(fā)揮的實(shí)際效果。 最后,總結(jié)中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)的歷史貢獻(xiàn):主要從“工程學(xué)研究與工程知識(shí)普及”、“工程教育與工程人才培養(yǎng)”、“工程學(xué)術(shù)與技術(shù)規(guī)范明確”以及“工業(yè)材料試驗(yàn)”四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行概括,這四項(xiàng)工作實(shí)際上包含在學(xué)會(huì)各時(shí)期確立的“宗旨”里,也是學(xué)會(huì)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中始終堅(jiān)持的。這些工作為中國(guó)近代工程事業(yè)的起步和發(fā)展打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 在結(jié)論部分,筆者對(duì)“中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)與政府的關(guān)系”、“中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)與其他專門工程學(xué)會(huì)的關(guān)系”、“中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)與工程師群體的關(guān)系”三種關(guān)系進(jìn)行討論,將學(xué)會(huì)放置在其所處的社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,以形成對(duì)學(xué)會(huì)社會(huì)角色的客觀定位。 作為近代產(chǎn)生最早、人數(shù)最多、影響最大的綜合性工程學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體,中國(guó)工程師學(xué)會(huì)為中國(guó)近代工程事業(yè)的起步和發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn),其歷史地位和歷史意義不容忽視。
[Abstract]:The main research object of this paper is the Chinese Institution of Engineers. The Chinese Institution of Engineers was founded on 1912 and ended on 1950, which lasted for nearly 40 years, and basically ran through the whole period of the Republic of China. At the end of the society, there were more than 16,000 members. With more than 100 group members and more than 50 local chapters, the society is the largest and largest scientific and technological organization in modern China. The society was founded by Zhan Tianyou, Yan Deqing and other earliest professional engineers in China and accepted Ling Hongxun for a long time. The leadership of famous engineers, such as Mao Yisheng, is a collection of modern professional engineers, playing the role of "civil leaders" of engineers, and the society organizes engineers to carry out academic exchanges and technical cooperation. It has made important contribution to the development of Chinese modern engineering science and the progress of engineering technology. On the premise of fully mastering the original archives and related materials of the Chinese Institution of Engineers, this paper tries to make a comprehensive and in-depth study on the Society. First of all, the historical background of the establishment of the Chinese Institution of Engineers is explored: on the one hand, the process of the emergence and introduction of modern "engineering" knowledge and technology into China is traced back to the West. On the other hand, the birth of "professional engineer" in modern China and the growing process of group. Secondly, Combing the Historical Evolution of the Chinese Institution of Engineers: according to the order of "the period of the Chinese Society of Engineers", "the period of the Chinese Society of Engineering", "the Unification period of the Chinese Institution of Engineers", "the Chinese Institution of Engineers during the War of Resistance against Japan and after the War of War" Combing the complex history of learning, Show the tortuous course of development and unique historical track. Thirdly, it analyzes the organization and operation of the Chinese Institution of Engineers: through the study of the "organizational structure", "membership", "leadership group" and so on, analyzes the evolution of the organization and system of the Institute and its influence on the development of the Institute; Through the discussion of "the problem of funds restricting the development of the Institute", we can understand the constraints and solutions encountered by the Institute in the course of its actual operation, sum up the characteristics of the evolution of the "Annual meeting" by combing the past "Annual meetings" of the Institute. This paper discusses the practical effect of learning social function. Finally, This paper summarizes the historical contributions of the Chinese Institution of Engineers: "Engineering Research and Engineering knowledge Popularization", "Engineering Education and Engineering Talent training", "Engineering academic and Technical specifications clear" and "Industrial material testing". These four works are actually included in the "aim" established by the Institute in various periods, and they have always been adhered to in the course of development of the Institute, which laid a solid foundation for the start and development of the cause of engineering in modern China. In the conclusion part, the author discusses the relationship between the Chinese Institution of Engineers and the Government, the relationship between the Chinese Institution of Engineers and other Special Engineering Societies, and the relationship between the Chinese Institution of Engineers and the Group of Engineers. In order to form the objective orientation of the social role of the society, learning is placed in its social network. As the earliest, the largest and most influential comprehensive engineering academic group in modern times, the Chinese Institution of Engineers has made important contributions to the start and development of modern engineering in China, and its historical status and significance should not be ignored.
