【摘要】： 抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)后,日軍侵犯浙江。為適應(yīng)戰(zhàn)時(shí)形勢(shì),浙江省政府于1939年初在西天目山禪源寺建立浙西行署,天目山區(qū)成為浙西的抗戰(zhàn)中心。浙西行署的設(shè)立及其采取的一系列相關(guān)政策,對(duì)于戰(zhàn)時(shí)天目山區(qū)的農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。本文以臨安、於潛、昌化三縣為研究重點(diǎn),在對(duì)天目山區(qū)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行歷史考察的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理了浙西行署的農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)查,分析了所采取的政策、措施及其效用,較為深入地揭示了抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期天目山區(qū)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的狀況,闡釋了該地區(qū)在特殊條件下農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的演變軌跡及其與軍事斗爭(zhēng)的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, the Japanese army invaded Zhejiang Province. In order to adapt to the wartime situation, the Zhejiang Provincial Government established the Western Zhejiang Executive Office at the Zen Yuan Temple in West Tianmu Mountain on early 1939. Tianmu Mountain area has become the center of the Anti-Japanese War in the west of Zhejiang. The establishment and a series of related policies of the Western Zhejiang Administrative Office have had a profound impact on the rural economy of the Tianmu Mountain region during the war. This paper focuses on the three counties of Lin'an, Yu Qian and Changhua. On the basis of the historical investigation of the rural economy in Tianmu Mountain, this paper combs the investigation of rural economy in the west of Zhejiang Province, analyzes the policies, measures and its utility, and reveals the situation of the rural economy in Tianmu Mountain during the Anti-Japanese War. This paper explains the evolution of rural economy in this area under special conditions and its relationship with military struggle.
