【摘要】：工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是當(dāng)前理論界很熱門的課題,也是安徽正在發(fā)生的進(jìn)程。改革開放的起點(diǎn)發(fā)生在安徽,以農(nóng)業(yè)為突破口,但隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,工業(yè)產(chǎn)值比重逐步超過農(nóng)業(yè),成為農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的保障要素。傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)的工業(yè)就是手工業(yè),所以欲要解析工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化必先從手工業(yè)發(fā)展史入手。 安徽具有發(fā)展手工業(yè)的優(yōu)厚條件,手工業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史也源遠(yuǎn)流長,光輝燦爛。鴉片戰(zhàn)爭之后,安徽緩慢進(jìn)入近代,原有手工業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程被打斷,開始了近代變革過程。近代安徽具備了發(fā)展手工業(yè)的諸多新條件,和傳統(tǒng)條件一起促進(jìn)了手工業(yè)的發(fā)展。列強(qiáng)勢力不斷向內(nèi)地滲入,伴有特權(quán)的機(jī)器產(chǎn)品源源不竭輸入安徽,手工業(yè)呈現(xiàn)不同發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,一部分安徽手工業(yè)很快衰落下去；一部分開始迂回曲折的發(fā)展過程；一部分新興手工行業(yè)發(fā)展起來；而優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)手工藝行業(yè)勉強(qiáng)支撐下來。面對(duì)擴(kuò)大的市場和外國先進(jìn)技術(shù),安徽手工業(yè)努力實(shí)現(xiàn)自我更新,提高市場競爭力。手工業(yè)對(duì)安徽社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)有重要的促進(jìn)作用,但是局限性頗大,發(fā)展水平不高。結(jié)果是眾多原因共同作用的,有自身原因,更有無法控制的外界條件。 本文分為四大章：第一章簡要解析和介紹安徽手工業(yè)發(fā)展的原因和條件,有自然條件、農(nóng)業(yè)商品化影響以及近代新形成的一些要素； 第二章是本文重點(diǎn),論述近代安徽手工業(yè)的變遷過程。首先回顧了安徽手工業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史狀況；接著分析了安徽手工業(yè)的四種變化趨勢,及不同產(chǎn)業(yè)的具體情況；再者介紹了手工業(yè)的幾種經(jīng)營方式及技術(shù)變化；最后是安徽根據(jù)地和解放區(qū)的手工業(yè)發(fā)展概況。 第三章分兩節(jié)分別說明安徽手工業(yè)的積極作用和存在的局限性。 第四章承接前文,詳細(xì)分析近代安徽手工業(yè)不發(fā)達(dá)的原因,分別有手工業(yè)自身原因,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展制約,文化保守的阻礙,政治反作用,以及天災(zāi)人禍的破壞等。
[Abstract]:Industrial modernization is a hot topic in the theoretical circle at present, and it is also a process that is taking place in Anhui. The starting point of reform and opening up takes agriculture as the breakthrough point, but with the continuous development of social economy, the proportion of industrial output value gradually exceeds that of agriculture. The industry of traditional society is handicraft, so if we want to analyze the modernization of industry, we must start with the history of handicraft industry. Anhui has favorable conditions for developing handicraft industry, and the history of handicraft industry development has a long history. After the Opium War, Anhui slowly entered the modern times, and the original handicraft industry development process was interrupted. The modern Anhui had many new conditions for the development of handicraft industry and promoted the development of handicraft industry together with the traditional conditions. The great powers constantly infiltrated into the inland, and the machine products with privileges were imported into Anhui inexhaustible source. The handicraft industry presents different development conditions, one part of Anhui handicraft industry decline quickly, one part begins to detour the development process, part of the new handicraft industry develops; In the face of the expanding market and advanced foreign technology, Anhui handicrafts strive to achieve self-renewal and enhance market competitiveness. Handicrafts play an important role in promoting Anhui's social and economic development. But the limitation is quite big, the level of development is not high. The result is the common action of many reasons, has its own reason, has the external condition which cannot be controlled. This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter briefly analyzes and introduces the reasons and conditions for the development of Anhui handicraft industry, natural conditions, the impact of agricultural commercialization and some new elements in modern times; The second chapter is the focus of this paper, discusses the modern Anhui handicraft industry vicissitude process, first reviewed the Anhui handicraft industry development historical situation, then analyzed the Anhui handicraft industry four kinds of change trends, as well as the concrete situation of the different industries; Finally, it introduces the development of handicraft industry in Anhui base area and liberated area. The third chapter is divided into two sections to illustrate the positive role and limitations of Anhui handicraft industry. Chapter 4th carries on the previous text, analyzes in detail the reason of the undeveloped handicraft industry in modern Anhui, including handicraft itself, economic development restriction, cultural conservative obstacle, political reaction, and destruction of natural and man-made disasters, etc.
