【摘要】：王正廷是民國時期著名的政治家、外交家和社會活動家。以往史學家對他的關注主要集中在政治外交領域,當我們將研究視野擴展后發(fā)現(xiàn)王正廷在從政之余,還廣泛參與各種社會公益活動,在體育、教育、道路建設、慈善救濟等諸多領域均頗有建樹。探析王正廷的社會公益活動不僅可以豐富民國人物的研究,還能藉此來了解中國近代轉型時期社會公益事業(yè)的特點。 本文除引言和結語外共分為四章。 第一章,王正廷從事社會公益活動的背景。主要從民國特殊時代環(huán)境、寧波地域因素、獨特個人經歷三個角度分析了王正廷從事社會公益活動的背景。 第二章,王正廷社會公益活動的主要內容。主要探尋他在體育、道路建設、文化教育、慈善救濟等方面的具體活動,從中可以看出他從事公益活動是從人和社會發(fā)展的角度出發(fā)的,他的活動已經超出了中國傳統(tǒng)的對弱勢群體的救助范圍,具有近代新型公益事業(yè)的特點。 第三章,王正廷社會公益活動背后的理念及運作。他的公益活動體現(xiàn)了“以人為本”、“經世致用”的理念。在將自己的理念付諸實施的過程中,王正廷倚重民間團體、積極宣傳倡導、竭力籌措資金,而且從整體出發(fā),注重各活動間的協(xié)調與合作。 第四章,王正廷社會公益活動取得顯著成就的原因。王正廷在從事社會公益活動的過程中能自覺地將西方的公益思想和運作模式借鑒和運用于中國社會發(fā)展之中且成績頗為顯著,除了民國特殊時代環(huán)境提供的機遇外,還與他對中西文化的兼容,他的政治地位以及良好而廣泛的人際關系等因素密不可分。
[Abstract]:Wang Zhengting was a famous politician, diplomat and social activist in the period of the Republic of China. In the past, historians focused on him mainly in the field of political diplomacy. He also extensively participated in various social public welfare activities, and has made great achievements in sports, education, road construction, charity relief and many other fields. An analysis of Wang Zhengting's social public welfare activities can not only enrich the research of the people of the Republic of China, It can also be used to understand the characteristics of social welfare in the period of modern Chinese transformation. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter, Wang Zhengting engaged in social public welfare activities background, mainly from the special era of the Republic of China environment, Ningbo regional factors, unique personal experience three angles to analyze Wang Zhengting engaged in social public welfare activities background. Chapter two, the main contents of Wang Zhengting's social public welfare activities. It mainly explores his specific activities in sports, road construction, culture and education, charity relief, etc. It can be seen that he engaged in public welfare activities from the perspective of human and social development, his activities have exceeded the scope of Chinese traditional relief to the disadvantaged groups, with the characteristics of a new type of public welfare in modern times. Chapter three, the concept and operation behind Wang Zhengting's social public welfare activities. His public welfare activities embody the idea of "putting people first" and "applying the world to the world". In the process of putting his own ideas into practice, Wang Zhengting relies heavily on civil society. Actively promote advocacy, strive to raise funds, and from the whole, focus on coordination and cooperation between activities. Chapter 4th, In the process of engaging in social public welfare activities, Wang Zhengting can consciously draw lessons from and apply western public welfare thoughts and operation models to the development of Chinese society. In addition to the opportunity provided by the special environment of the Republic of China, it is closely related to his compatibility with Chinese and Western culture, his political status and his good and extensive interpersonal relationships.
