【摘要】：正何其鞏,安徽省桐城人。1928年7月13日,他正式出任民國時期北平特別市首任市長,時年29歲,正是意氣風(fēng)發(fā)、大展宏圖的年齡。江朝宗,安徽省旌德人。他在清末曾任陜西省漢中鎮(zhèn)正二品總兵,北洋政府時期追隨袁世凱,當(dāng)上了步軍統(tǒng)領(lǐng),并被晉封為迪威將軍,執(zhí)掌京城治安大權(quán),"府院之爭"后被免去步軍統(tǒng)領(lǐng),開始賦閑。國民黨"二次北伐"勝利,北京改為北平時,他已然67歲,賦閑日久。七七事變后,他投降日寇,并以76歲高齡出任第一任偽北京市市長,成為鐵桿漢奸。
[Abstract]:In July 13th 1928, he officially became the first mayor of Peiping Special City in the Republic of China. He was 29 years old. Jingde, Anhui Province. In the late Qing Dynasty, he served as the second chief soldier of Hanzhong Town, Shaanxi Province. During the period of the Northern Foreign Government, he followed Yuan Shikai, became the leader of the army, and was appointed General Dewey by Jin. When the Kuomintang won the "second Northern Expedition," when Beijing was changed to Peking, he was already 67 years old and had a long time of leisure.
