【摘要】：在"大躍進(jìn)"運(yùn)動和農(nóng)村人民公社建立的背景下,按照毛澤東"抓兩頭帶中間"的工作方法,改造落后隊(duì)成為各地農(nóng)業(yè)"大躍進(jìn)"和農(nóng)村實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕的重要內(nèi)容。位于浙江省最北端的長興縣,糧食生產(chǎn)水平較低,二十世紀(jì)五十年代末至六十年代初,該縣高度重視并持續(xù)推進(jìn)落后隊(duì)改造。本文系統(tǒng)收集和梳理了省、市、縣相關(guān)檔案,對長興縣的落后隊(duì)改造進(jìn)行了全面考察,認(rèn)為這一實(shí)踐是在人民公社制度下,黨動員組織群眾實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村共同富裕的一項(xiàng)重要探索。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the "Great Leap forward" movement and the establishment of the rural people's commune, and in accordance with Mao Zedong's working method of "grasping the middle of the two ends," The transformation of backward teams has become an important part of the "Great Leap forward" of agriculture and the realization of common prosperity in rural areas. Located in Changxing County, the northernmost part of Zhejiang Province, the level of grain production is relatively low, from the end of 1950s to the beginning of 60s. The county attaches great importance to and continues to promote the reform of backward teams. This paper systematically collects and combs the relevant files of provinces, cities and counties, and makes a comprehensive investigation of the transformation of backward teams in Changxing County. It is considered that this practice is under the people's commune system. The party mobilizes organizes the masses to realize the countryside common prosperity an important exploration.
