【摘要】：蘇兆征,中國早期工人運動的先驅(qū)和著名領(lǐng)袖,中華全國總工會的主要創(chuàng)建人和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人,國際職工運動的著名活動家,中國共產(chǎn)黨早期重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之一。他是香港海員罷工的卓越領(lǐng)導(dǎo),省港大罷工的核心領(lǐng)袖,國民政府中的正義勞工部長,他籌謀了香港海員工會的成立,開創(chuàng)并推動了中國工會組織建設(shè)。他積極參加了國際職工運動的一系列活動,推動了世界各國對中國工人運動的了解,擴(kuò)大了中國工人運動在國際上的影響。對他的工人運動思想的研究,也是對早期中國共產(chǎn)黨人工人運動思想的研究,有利于完善中國共產(chǎn)黨的中國工人運動思想研究。國際工人運動的發(fā)展,中國工人階級的發(fā)展壯大,馬克思主義在中國的傳播,這正是蘇兆征工人運動思想形成的背景條件。他的工人運動思想也經(jīng)歷了萌芽、發(fā)展、成熟三個階段。1915年,蘇兆征發(fā)出“寧為玉碎,不為瓦全,為大眾鞠躬盡瘁,死而后已!”戰(zhàn)斗宣言,正式宣告他反抗壓迫,反抗剝削,為大眾謀利益思想的萌芽,也是他工人運動思想的萌芽。1922年1月22日爆發(fā)的香港海員大罷工是蘇兆征工人運動思想的一次大實踐,更是一次大發(fā)展。蘇兆征《反對帝國主義唯一的策略》一文的發(fā)表以及其后來發(fā)布的《宣布取消特許證之善后辦法》標(biāo)志著蘇兆征工人運動思想的成熟。蘇兆征在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)早期中國工人運動中,始終以反對帝國主義和資產(chǎn)階級壓迫為目標(biāo),以維護(hù)工人階級利益為基本訴求,把團(tuán)結(jié)作為工人運動取得勝利的保障,加強(qiáng)工會建設(shè),恰當(dāng)運用統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的斗爭策略,這都是他在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工人運動中所反映出來的思想內(nèi)涵。通過蘇兆征的工人運動思想研究,總結(jié)他在中國早期工人運動中作出的卓越貢獻(xiàn),我們可以得出很多有益的啟示。蘇兆征的思想和實踐再次證明,共產(chǎn)黨是中國工人階級的先鋒隊,是中國工人階級的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力量。愛國主義是中國工人階級的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和品質(zhì)體現(xiàn),要繼承發(fā)揚,團(tuán)結(jié)是無產(chǎn)階級事業(yè)取得勝利的保障。人民群眾的支持是建設(shè)無產(chǎn)階級事業(yè)的力量源泉。
[Abstract]:Su Zhaozheng, the forerunner and famous leader of China's early workers' movement, the main founder and leader of the All-China Federation of Trade unions, and a famous activist in the international workers' movement, One of the important early leaders of the Communist Party of China. He was the outstanding leader of the Hong Kong Seamen's strike, the core leader of the provincial and Hong Kong General strike, and the Minister of Justice and Labour of the National Government. He planned the establishment of the Hong Kong Seamen's Union. He took an active part in a series of activities of the international workers' movement and promoted the understanding of the Chinese workers' movement in various countries around the world. It has expanded the international influence of the Chinese workers' movement. The study of his thoughts on the workers' movement is also a study of the early Chinese Communists' thinking of the workers' movement. Conducive to the improvement of the CPC's thinking on the Chinese workers' movement, the development of the international workers' movement, the development and growth of the Chinese working class, and the spread of Marxism in China, This is the background of the formation of Su Zhaozheng's thinking of the workers' movement. His thinking of the workers' movement has also experienced three stages of germination, development and maturity. On 1915, Su Zhaozheng issued "better for the jade, not for the whole, for the masses to work hard and die later!" "the declaration of battle officially proclaims the germination of his ideas against oppression, against exploitation, and for the benefit of the masses. In January 22nd 1922, the Hong Kong Seamen's strike was a great practice of Su Zhaozheng's thought of the workers' movement. It was a great development. The publication of Su Zhaozheng's "the only Strategy against imperialism" and its subsequent release of "measures to clear up the aftermath of announcing the cancellation of the license" symbolized the maturity of Su Zhaozheng's thinking of the workers' movement. In leading the early Chinese workers' movement, The aim is always to oppose imperialism and bourgeois oppression, to safeguard the interests of the working class as the basic demand, to take unity as the guarantee for the victory of the workers' movement, to strengthen the construction of trade unions, and to properly use the struggle strategy of the United front. These are all the ideological connotations reflected in his leadership of the workers' movement. Through the study of Su Zhaozheng's thought on the workers' movement, he summed up his outstanding contributions to the early workers' movement in China. We can draw many useful revelations. Su Zhaozheng's thought and practice have proved once again that the Communist Party is the vanguard of the Chinese working class. Patriotism is the embodiment of the fine tradition and quality of the Chinese working class, and it should be inherited and carried forward. Unity is the guarantee of proletarian victory, and the support of the masses is the source of strength for the construction of proletarian cause.
