【摘要】：在加快推進(jìn)社會主義現(xiàn)代化的偉大進(jìn)程中,城市現(xiàn)代化問題倍受關(guān)注�？v觀重慶現(xiàn)代化的歷史,抗戰(zhàn)時期是重慶向現(xiàn)代城市邁進(jìn)的一個重要時期。因此,對抗戰(zhàn)時期重慶現(xiàn)代化的研究既是中國現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程歷史研究中的重要組成部分,也是出于對當(dāng)代重慶及中國其他地區(qū)的城市現(xiàn)代化提供鑒戒。目前對抗戰(zhàn)時期重慶現(xiàn)代化的研究已開始進(jìn)入學(xué)者的研究視野,本論文以對原始文獻(xiàn)的辨識為主,并借鑒參考學(xué)術(shù)界的已有成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期重慶現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)行全方位的探究。 本文從重慶的戰(zhàn)略地位入手,剖析了抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)后國民政府將重慶確定為戰(zhàn)時首都和將沿海工業(yè)內(nèi)遷至重慶為中心的西南地區(qū),為重慶現(xiàn)代化提供了一個前所未有的機(jī)遇。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文分析了內(nèi)遷后,重慶的現(xiàn)代性顯著成長,重慶現(xiàn)代化初具規(guī)模。在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面,重慶在短短幾年走完了幾十年甚至上百年的發(fā)展道路,重工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)得以建立起來,并且逐漸成為戰(zhàn)時全國的金融和商業(yè)中心,人口的增長和城市規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大又推動著城市公用事業(yè)的發(fā)展。在文化教育方面,大量高校的內(nèi)遷使重慶的教育體系得以完備起來,中國文化藝術(shù)界的代表人物來到重慶,成就了起中國的戰(zhàn)時文藝復(fù)興。在政治方面,在中國共產(chǎn)黨的引導(dǎo)下,在民主黨派人士的推動下,政治民主化潮流風(fēng)起云涌,極大打擊了國民黨蔣介石的獨裁統(tǒng)治,民主抗戰(zhàn)事業(yè)不斷發(fā)展。這一切形成合力,共同推動重慶城市現(xiàn)代性的成長。以上述分析為依托,本文從特點、局限性和啟示三方面對抗戰(zhàn)時期重 慶的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)行了評析。本文指出抗戰(zhàn)時期重慶的現(xiàn)代化是得益于抗戰(zhàn)內(nèi)遷,呈現(xiàn)出呈躍進(jìn)式、突變型的特點,因而重慶的現(xiàn)代化屬于“應(yīng)激型”的現(xiàn)代化,這也使抗戰(zhàn)時期重慶現(xiàn)代化過程中呈現(xiàn)出很大的局限性。在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面重工業(yè)與輕工業(yè)比例嚴(yán)重失調(diào),重慶現(xiàn)代化的“先天不足”和不穩(wěn)定性,以及沒有呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。因此,在今天的重慶現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中,重慶應(yīng)抓住西部經(jīng)濟(jì)大開發(fā)的歷史機(jī)遇,確定重慶的中長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,注意重工業(yè)與輕工業(yè)的比例發(fā)展關(guān)系,注重產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性。
[Abstract]:In speeding up the great process of promoting socialist modernization, the issue of urban modernization has attracted much attention. Throughout the history of Chongqing's modernization, the period of the Anti-Japanese War is an important period for Chongqing to move towards a modern city. The study of Chongqing's modernization during the Anti-Japanese War is an important part of the historical study of China's modernization process. At present, the study on the modernization of Chongqing during the War of Resistance against Japan has begun to enter the field of study of scholars, this paper mainly focuses on the identification of the original documents. On the basis of referring to the existing achievements of academic circles, this paper probes into the modernization of Chongqing during the War of Resistance against Japan. Starting from the strategic position of Chongqing, this paper analyzes the national government's determination of Chongqing as the wartime capital after the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan and the relocation of coastal industries to the southwest of Chongqing. It provides an unprecedented opportunity for Chongqing's modernization. On the basis of this, this paper analyzes the remarkable growth of Chongqing's modernity after its internal migration, and the fact that Chongqing's modernization is beginning to take shape. In just a few years, Chongqing completed its development road for decades or even hundreds of years, and the foundation of heavy industry was established, and it gradually became the financial and commercial center of the whole country during the war. The growth of population and the continuous expansion of the scale of the city also promoted the development of urban public utilities. In terms of culture and education, a large number of universities moved internally to make Chongqing's educational system complete, and representatives of the Chinese cultural and artistic circles came to Chongqing. In politics, under the guidance of the Communist Party of China and driven by personages of the democratic parties, the tide of political democratization has surged, and this has dealt a heavy blow to the dictatorship of Kuomintang Jiang Jieshi. The cause of democratic anti-Japanese war continues to develop. All this forms a joint force to promote the growth of Chongqing's urban modernity. Based on the above analysis, this paper focuses on the three aspects of characteristics, limitations and enlightenment in the period of anti-Japanese war. The paper points out that the modernization of Chongqing during the War of Resistance against Japan was due to the internal migration of the War of Resistance against Japan, showing the characteristics of leap forward and sudden change, so the modernization of Chongqing belongs to the "stress type" of modernization. As a result, the modernization process of Chongqing during the Anti-Japanese War showed great limitations. In economic terms, the ratio of heavy industry to light industry was seriously misaligned, and Chongqing's modernization was "inherently deficient" and unstable. Therefore, in the modernization drive of Chongqing today, Chongqing should seize the historical opportunity of the large-scale development of the western economy and determine its medium- and long-term development strategy. Pay attention to the relationship between heavy industry and light industry, pay attention to the rationality of industrial structure.
