【摘要】：甘寧青地區(qū)鹽業(yè)歷史悠久，源遠流長。從古代先民發(fā)現(xiàn)、利用食鹽到現(xiàn)在已有幾千年的歷史。這一地區(qū)是我國鹽湖分布帶的中部地區(qū)，湖鹽儲量之富，為世界罕見。 甘寧青地區(qū)的鹽業(yè)，有自身的發(fā)展軌跡，還受其所在區(qū)域的政治、經(jīng)濟、交通運輸、民族關(guān)系、民眾生活以及區(qū)域?qū)ν饨涣鞣矫嬉蛩氐闹萍s而顯現(xiàn)出一些區(qū)域性特征。通過對近代甘寧青地區(qū)鹽業(yè)及鹽政情況的梳理，勾勒出其形成和發(fā)展的歷史軌跡，以此來加深人們對該地區(qū)鹽業(yè)發(fā)展史的認(rèn)識，還可以豐富西北區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會史研究的內(nèi)容。 甘寧青地區(qū)鹽業(yè)資源豐盈，在國內(nèi)的鹽業(yè)以及與之有關(guān)的化工行業(yè)中，占有舉足輕重的地位。而今的甘寧青鹽業(yè)，仍是近代甘寧青鹽業(yè)的繼續(xù)和發(fā)展。所以，研究近代甘寧青的鹽業(yè)，不但要對其發(fā)展的過程進行探討，還要特別揭示出其發(fā)展緩慢、艱難的原因所在及該地區(qū)私鹽產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展的狀況也應(yīng)予以考量，，在此基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)出這一地區(qū)鹽業(yè)生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)，能對國家西部大開發(fā)中如何合理有序的開發(fā)、利用甘寧青鹽業(yè)資源，促進西北鹽業(yè)及經(jīng)濟、社會的持續(xù)、合理和穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展，提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The salt industry in Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai has a long history and has a long history. It has been thousands of years since ancient people discovered that the salt has been used. This region is the middle part of the salt lake distribution zone in China, and the lake salt reserves are very rich, which is rare in the world. The salt industry in Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai has its own track of development and is also subject to the political, economic, transportation, and ethnic relations of its region. Through combing the salt industry and salt policy in modern Gansu-Ning-Qinghai region, the historical track of its formation and development is outlined. In order to deepen people's understanding of the history of salt industry in this region, it can also enrich the content of the study of the northwest regional economic and social history. The resources of salt industry in Ganning, Qinghai and Qinghai areas are abundant, and they play an important role in the domestic salt industry and related chemical industry. Now, the salt industry of Ganning, Qing and Qing is still the continuation and development of the salt industry of Gansu, Ning and Qing in modern times. To study the salt industry in modern Gansu, Ningqing and Qinghai, we should not only discuss the process of its development, but also reveal the slow development, the difficult reason and the production of private salt in this area. On this basis, we should also consider the situation of the development. Summing up the experience and lessons of salt production in this area, we can make use of the resources of salt industry in Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai to promote the sustained, reasonable and stable development of salt industry and economy in northwest China.
