【摘要】：在清末商辦鐵路運動的社會背景下,名不見經(jīng)傳的小人物鄔綱被湯壽潛等人為地捧到了"殉路英雄"的高臺。在新聞報紙尤其是小說、戲曲等大眾媒介的傳播、渲染下,鄔綱故事迅速滲透到人們的日常生活中,層累積聚,故事化色彩愈來愈濃重,并最終作為"歷史"記憶的一部分流傳于世,對江浙地區(qū)的商辦鐵路運動高潮化起到了推動作用。此事從一側(cè)面證明,顧頡剛先生"層累地造成的中國古史"觀同樣適用于近代歷史事件和歷史人物的研究,由于在近代史研究中某些歷史事件和歷史人物的研究確存在著層累造史的現(xiàn)象,所以須謹慎視之。另一方面,這項研究也表明,近代鐵路史研究應突破以往局限于政治史、經(jīng)濟史等區(qū)閾的弊端,拓寬視野,引入社會史和民俗學等坐標系加以考量。
[Abstract]:In the social background of the commercial railway movement in the late Qing Dynasty, Wu Gang, a little-known small figure, was artificially praised by Tang Shouqian and others to the high stage of "martyrdom hero." under the spread of news newspapers, especially novels, operas, and other mass media, Wu Gang was rendered. Wu Gang's story quickly penetrated into people's daily life, accumulated and gathered, the story became more and more intense, and finally as part of the "historical" memory of the world, It played an important role in promoting the climax of the commercial railway movement in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. This matter proved from one side that the view of Gu Jiegang's "ancient Chinese history", which had been made tirelessly, was also applicable to the study of modern historical events and historical figures. Since some historical events and historical figures do exist in the study of modern history, we must pay careful attention to them. On the other hand, this study also shows that the study of modern railway history should break through the past and be confined to political history. The disadvantages of economic history and other regional thresholds, broaden the vision, and introduce the social history and folklore coordinate system to be considered.
