【摘要】：解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期是國(guó)共兩黨的戰(zhàn)略大決戰(zhàn)時(shí)期。上海是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的搖籃，中國(guó)最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化重埠。它的解放，是人民解放軍和中共地下黨共同作用的結(jié)果。以往對(duì)上海解放的研究，比較偏重研究解放軍開展的上海戰(zhàn)役，而不太重視中共上海地下黨的工作，存在一些缺失。本文專門研究中共上海地下黨對(duì)上海解放的貢獻(xiàn)；限于篇幅等原因，僅從中共的策反工作這一個(gè)視角展開研究。因?yàn)橹泄驳叵曼h的策反工作,為上海的順利解放和接管，奠定了重要的基礎(chǔ)；策反工作的威力，在此時(shí)期發(fā)揮的作用也最為顯著。本文以上海解放之前中共在上海的策反組織系統(tǒng)和主要策反活動(dòng)為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)系統(tǒng)梳理公開出版和內(nèi)部印刷的資料匯編、當(dāng)事人的回憶資料，以及研究論著等各種材料，，對(duì)上海解放前夕中共地下組織在上海的策反工作做一系統(tǒng)的研究。 全文共分為四章：第一章緒論，介紹研究主題、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、本文結(jié)構(gòu)、主要內(nèi)容等相關(guān)情況。第二章系統(tǒng)概述解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期中共在上海從事策反工作的組織系統(tǒng)，主要包括中共中央書記處下設(shè)的國(guó)軍工作部（后改名敵軍工作部），中共中央上海局的策反工作委員會(huì)，中共上海市委和上海外縣工作委員會(huì)等組織機(jī)構(gòu)。第三章闡述中共地下組織在上海開展的策反活動(dòng)，主要以對(duì)國(guó)民黨軍隊(duì)、政府、警察、憲兵特務(wù)四個(gè)方面的策反工作為線索來(lái)展現(xiàn)。第四章分析中共地下組織上海策反工作成功的原因，以及在開展策反工作存在的局限性，概括了中共上海策反工作的特點(diǎn)，并歸納了中共策反工作對(duì)上海解放的意義，并客觀分析了中共在上海策反工作中存在的不足之處。 本文對(duì)中共地下組織解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期在上海的策反組織系統(tǒng)和上海解放前夕在上海開展的策反活動(dòng)，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的史實(shí)梳理和理論分析，進(jìn)一步豐富、充實(shí)對(duì)中共上海黨史的研究?jī)?nèi)容，對(duì)于擴(kuò)大中共黨史的研究廣度和深度，具有一定的歷史意義、現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The war of liberation was the period of the strategic decisive battle between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. Shanghai was the cradle of the Communist Party of China and the largest economic and cultural port in China. This is the result of the joint action of the people's Liberation Army and the Chinese Communist Underground Party. In the past, the study of Shanghai liberation focused on the Shanghai campaign carried out by the PLA, rather than paying much attention to the work of the Shanghai Underground Party of the Communist Party of China. There are some deficiencies. This paper focuses on the contribution of the Shanghai Underground Party of the Communist Party of China to the liberation of Shanghai. Limited to space and other reasons, the study is carried out only from the angle of view of the Communist Party of China's strategic and countervailing work. It laid an important foundation for the smooth liberation and takeover of Shanghai. In this period, the role played by the Communist Party of China in Shanghai before the liberation of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai and the main activities of the strategy for the study, through a systematic combing of public publication and internal printing materials compilation. The recollection of the party concerned, as well as various materials such as the research papers, systematically studied the underground organization of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Shanghai on the eve of the liberation of Shanghai. The full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter introduces the research theme, significance, research status, the structure of this paper, the main content and other related situations. Chapter two systematically summarizes the organizational system of the CPC's strategy in Shanghai during the Liberation War. Mainly including the National Army work Department set up under the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (later renamed the enemy work department), and the Committee for Strategy and counterwork of the Shanghai Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. The Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shanghai Outer County work Committee and other organizations. Chapter III describes the activities carried out by the underground organizations of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai, mainly aimed at the Kuomintang army, the government, and the police. The four aspects of the military police agent's strategic response work are the clue to show. Chapter 4th analyzes the reasons for the success of the Communist Party of China's underground organization in Shanghai, as well as its limitations in carrying out the strategy work, and summarizes the characteristics of the CPC's Shanghai strategy work. It also sums up the significance of the Communist Party of China's countervailing work to the liberation of Shanghai, and analyzes objectively the shortcomings of the Communist Party of China in the Shanghai strategy. This paper makes a systematic historical analysis and theoretical analysis of the strategy and counter-organization system in Shanghai during the War of Liberation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the activities carried out in Shanghai on the eve of the liberation of Shanghai, which is further enriched. Enriching the content of the research on the history of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai is of historical significance, practical significance and academic value to expand the scope and depth of the research on the history of the Communist Party of China.
