【摘要】：從南京國(guó)民政府時(shí)期審判管理的內(nèi)容入手,對(duì)審判管理的形式、基本原則、目的和效果進(jìn)行了深入的分析,并指出其存在的弊端和局限性,最后闡述了對(duì)我國(guó)法院正在進(jìn)行審判管理的啟示。
[Abstract]:Starting from the contents of trial management in the period of Nanjing national government, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the form, basic principles, purposes and effects of trial management, and points out its drawbacks and limitations. Finally, it expounds the inspiration for our court's ongoing trial management.
