【摘要】：紅軍長征到達陜北,建立了以陜甘寧邊區(qū)為中心的抗日根據(jù)地,革命形勢由此發(fā)生了巨大變化。與此同時,以毛澤東為核心的中共中央帶領邊區(qū)人民向自然進軍,發(fā)起了大規(guī)模的自然革命,展開了轟轟烈烈的對自然科學和科學技術的探索學習。在受到內(nèi)外封鎖、邊區(qū)財政物資極其困難的時候,黨和邊區(qū)人民樹立了正確的、極具革命色彩的科技發(fā)展觀,開辟了自己的科技道路,開創(chuàng)了自己的科技事業(yè),增強了物質(zhì)力量,促進了生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展,改善了人民生活,服務了革命戰(zhàn)爭;同時傳播了科學精神,大大提升了邊區(qū)人民群眾的科學文化水平;也為之后新中國科技現(xiàn)代化建設打下了堅實基礎,奠定了新中國科技事業(yè)發(fā)展的體系基礎和干部人才基礎。以史為鑒,以過去看現(xiàn)在。相信通過對這段黨史的回顧與學習,也可以對今天建設創(chuàng)新型國家以及貫徹落實科學發(fā)展觀、構建社會主義和諧社會提供些許歷史經(jīng)驗。 本文欲全面系統(tǒng)地闡述抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期陜甘寧邊區(qū)中國共產(chǎn)黨開展的科技實踐活動,以其歷史背景和現(xiàn)實條件為切入口,在學術界現(xiàn)有的研究成果基礎上,深刻剖析其歷史特點,并在全面掌握資料的前提下,系統(tǒng)歸納總結其對抗日戰(zhàn)爭的勝利、人民生活的改善、邊區(qū)政治、經(jīng)濟、文化的建設以及黨自身的建設產(chǎn)生的影響,力圖構建一個比較全面的反映黨在該時期歷史特點的理論框架。最后,也是研究的突破點,就是通過對以上內(nèi)容的闡釋,探索這一時期的珍貴歷史對我國當今科學技術發(fā)展以及整個現(xiàn)代化建設事業(yè)可供借鑒和學習之處。這也是以往大多數(shù)研究者所曾疏漏的地方。
[Abstract]:The Red Army arrived in northern Shaanxi on the long March and established an anti-Japanese base area with the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia Border region as the center, and the revolutionary situation changed greatly. At the same time, the CPC Central Committee, with Mao Zedong as the core, led the people of the Border region to march naturally. Launched a large-scale natural revolution, launched a vigorous exploration and study of natural science and technology. In the face of internal and external blockades and extremely difficult financial supplies in the border region, the Party and the people of the border region have set up a correct one. The concept of scientific and technological development with revolutionary color has opened up its own scientific and technological road, opened up its own scientific and technological undertakings, strengthened its material strength, promoted the development of productive forces, improved the people's life and served the revolutionary war; At the same time, it has spread the scientific spirit, greatly improved the scientific and cultural level of the people in the border region, and laid a solid foundation for the modernization of science and technology in the new China. It has laid the foundation for the development of science and technology in New China and the basis of cadres and talents. Taking history as a mirror and looking at the past and the present, we believe that through the review and study of this section of the history of the Party, It can also provide some historical experience for the construction of innovative country, the implementation of the scientific development concept and the construction of a harmonious socialist society. This paper intends to comprehensively and systematically expound the scientific and technological practice activities carried out by the Communist Party of China in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region during the Anti-Japanese War, taking its historical background and realistic conditions as the entry point, and on the basis of the existing research results in academic circles. Deeply analyzing its historical characteristics, and on the premise of comprehensively mastering the information, systematically summing up its influence on the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, the improvement of people's life, the construction of politics, economy, culture in the border area and the construction of the Party itself. Trying to build a relatively comprehensive theoretical framework reflecting the historical characteristics of the Party in this period. Finally, it is also the breakthrough point of the research, that is, through the interpretation of the above contents, Exploring the precious history of this period can be used for reference and learning for the development of science and technology and the whole cause of modernization construction in our country, which is also the omission of most researchers in the past.
