【摘要】：《杭州駐防瓜爾佳氏上皇太后書》是一篇以彈劾大學(xué)士榮祿為主旨的上書,被"康黨"、新黨的諸多報刊競相轉(zhuǎn)載,影響巨大。但對于該上書的作者,目前學(xué)界認識尚不一致。本文通過爬梳相關(guān)史料,考訂該上書的真實作者,著重分析不同觀點提出的緣由,進而窺探戊戌己亥年間清廷與"康黨"、新黨之間的矛盾關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:"the Book of the Queen Mother of Hangzhou garrison Guar'er Jia" is a letter purporting to impeach Ronglu, a bachelor of higher education. It has been reproduced by the "Kang Dang Party", and many newspapers and periodicals of the New Party have a huge impact on it. But for the author of the letter, At present, the academic circles are not in agreement. This paper, by combing the relevant historical data, examines the true authors of the book, analyzes the causes of different viewpoints, and then probes into the contradictory relationship between the Qing government and the "healthy Party" and the New Party in the period of Wuxu.
