【摘要】：1941年美日秘密談判是太平洋戰(zhàn)爭前的一次重要外交事件,談判的最終破裂對于太平洋戰(zhàn)爭的爆發(fā)起了某種直接推動的作用。由于美日關系的走向直接決定了中國人民的抗戰(zhàn)前途,因此從獲悉美日談判消息起,國民政府及蔣介石即對該談判給予了強烈的關注。出于對國際形勢及美日矛盾緊張程度的判斷,一直到美國方面拋出臨時過渡方案前,國民政府與蔣介石更多的是抱著一種謹慎樂觀的態(tài)度來看待此次美日談判。在美日談判的最后階段,當面對美方提出臨時過渡方案及美日即將達成臨時妥協(xié)的關鍵時刻,國民政府和蔣介石主動出擊,打了一場出色的外交公關戰(zhàn)。在此過程中,身為國民政府最高領導人的蔣介石和以蔣介石私人代表身份常駐美國的宋子文都發(fā)揮了重要作用。在中國的強烈反對下,美國政府不得不放棄對日妥協(xié)方案,轉(zhuǎn)而對日采取更為強硬的立場,從而導致了中國抗戰(zhàn)局勢的全面好轉(zhuǎn)。
[Abstract]:In 1941, secret talks between the United States and Japan were an important diplomatic event before the Pacific War. The final breakdown of the negotiations played a direct role in promoting the outbreak of the Pacific War. Since the trend of US-Japan relations directly determined the future of the Chinese people in the War of Resistance against Japan, from the beginning of the news of the US-Japan talks, The National Government and Jiang Jieshi paid strong attention to the negotiations. Judging from the international situation and the tension between the United States and Japan, they stayed until the United States put out a temporary transition plan. More importantly, the National Government and Jiang Jieshi took a cautious and optimistic view of the US-Japan talks. In the final phase of the US-Japan talks, the United States and Japan were confronted with a temporary transitional plan and a crucial moment when the United States and Japan were about to reach a temporary compromise. The National Government and Jiang Jieshi took the initiative to fight an excellent diplomatic and public relations war. In the process, Jiang Jieshi, the supreme leader of the National Government, and Song Ziwen, who is resident in the United States as a private representative of Jiang Jieshi, both played an important role. Under the strong opposition of China, the US government had to abandon its compromise plan with Japan. The shift to a tougher stance on Japan led to an overall improvement in China's war of resistance.
