【摘要】：國民月會(huì)是民國時(shí)期盛行的儀式政治的特殊樣本。作為國民精神總動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)貫徹實(shí)施的主要途徑,它以國家統(tǒng)制的形式,在特定的時(shí)空?qǐng)鼍跋?通過儀式的演練實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)民眾的政治鼓動(dòng)和精神動(dòng)員。國民月會(huì)繼承了總理紀(jì)念周的程序,并以國民抗敵公約的內(nèi)容而代之。從1939年5月1日直至抗戰(zhàn)結(jié)束,全國各地的國民月會(huì)盛況空前;在經(jīng)歷了初期的轟轟烈烈以后,后來逐漸成為國民政府進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)時(shí)民眾教育和政策宣講的場(chǎng)所。儀式化的國民月會(huì)強(qiáng)化了民眾的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)感和參與感,這是其它的動(dòng)員方式所無法比擬的;國民月會(huì)的刻板形式也不可避免地帶有局限性,在客觀上削弱了精神動(dòng)員的實(shí)效。
[Abstract]:The National Moon Congress is a special sample of the ritual politics prevailing in the Republic of China. As the main way to implement the National Spirit General Mobilization Movement, it takes the form of national control, under the specific time and space scene, Political agitation and spiritual mobilization of the people through ritual exercises. The National monthly Assembly inherited the procedure of the Prime Minister's Commemorative week and replaced it with the contents of the National Convention on Resistance against the enemy... from May 1st 1939 until the end of the War of Resistance, The National monthly Congresses throughout the country were unprecedented; after the initial roar, they gradually became places for the National Government to conduct wartime public education and policy propaganda. The ritualized National monthly Congresses strengthened the people's sense of site and participation. This is unparalleled by other mobilization methods, and the rigid form of the National monthly Congress inevitably has its limitations, which objectively weakens the effectiveness of spiritual mobilization.
