【摘要】：2007年10月15日，胡錦濤在中國共產(chǎn)黨第十七次代表大會上所作的報(bào)告中指出：統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展，推進(jìn)社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。解決好農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村、農(nóng)民問題，事關(guān)全面建設(shè)小康社會大局，必須始終作為全黨工作的重中之重。這是對我國農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村工作的深刻闡述，再一次把農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村農(nóng)民問題提到經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的重要日程上來。我國是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大國，，解決好“三農(nóng)”問題，事關(guān)我國全面建設(shè)小康社會的大局。因此，搞好農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的分配，就顯得非常重要。建國初期,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社內(nèi)雖然沒有形成完整的分配體系，但是它卻很好的適應(yīng)了當(dāng)時(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力和農(nóng)業(yè)合作化的發(fā)展。分析和研究這個(gè)時(shí)期分配制度的確立、分配的原則、分配的方式以及對生產(chǎn)合作社的作用，對搞好農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村的分配工作，無疑具有重大的作用。本文主要從以下四個(gè)方面對這個(gè)問題來進(jìn)行研究。 前言部分簡單的陳述了論文的研究目的、研究意義、研究思路和方法。 第一部分對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社及其兩種表現(xiàn)形式進(jìn)行了論述，農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社經(jīng)歷了從互助組到初級農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社再到高級農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社這樣一個(gè)過程。 第二部分?jǐn)⑹隽宿r(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社分配制度的初步確立過程及其分配制度的特點(diǎn)，農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社的分配制度是在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社的發(fā)展過程中逐步確立的，具有單一化、多樣化、靈活性等特點(diǎn)。 第三部分闡述了建國初期農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社分配的原則，按勞分配與生產(chǎn)要素參與分配相結(jié)合，兼顧合作社集體利益和社員利益，互助互利三個(gè)原則對分配制度的順利發(fā)展起了至關(guān)重要的作用。 第四部分分析了建國初期農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社分配制度的表現(xiàn)形式，從初級社到高級社，分配形式是一個(gè)不斷變化的過程。 第五部分對建國初期農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)合作社分配制度的功能及其現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值做了分析和闡述。
[Abstract]:In a report made at the 17th Congress of the Communist Party of China on October 15th 2007, Hu Jintao pointed out: to coordinate urban and rural development, to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside, and to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Concerning the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way, it must always be the top priority of the whole Party's work. Once again, the issue of agricultural rural farmers has been put on the important agenda of economic and social development. As China is a large agricultural country, the solution of the "three rural issues" is related to the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, we should do a good job in the distribution of agricultural fields. In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, although there was no complete distribution system in the agricultural production cooperatives, However, it was well adapted to the development of agricultural productive forces and agricultural cooperation at that time. It analyzed and studied the establishment of the distribution system, the principles of distribution, the ways of distribution and its role in the production cooperatives during this period. There is no doubt that it plays an important role in the distribution of agricultural countryside. This paper mainly studies this problem from the following four aspects. The preface simply states the purpose, significance, thought and method of the research. The first part discusses the agricultural production cooperative and its two forms of expression. The agricultural production cooperative has gone through a process from mutual aid group to primary agricultural production cooperative and then to advanced agricultural production cooperative. The second part describes the initial process of establishing the distribution system of agricultural production cooperatives and the characteristics of the distribution system. The distribution system of agricultural production cooperatives is gradually established in the course of the development of agricultural production cooperatives. Diversity, flexibility, etc. The third part expounds the principles of the distribution of agricultural production cooperatives in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, combining the distribution according to work with the participation of production elements, giving consideration to the collective interests of cooperatives and the interests of members. The three principles of mutual aid and mutual benefit play a vital role in the smooth development of the distribution system. The 4th part analyzes the manifestation of the distribution system of agricultural production cooperatives in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China. From the primary cooperative to the senior cooperative, the distribution form is a constantly changing process. Part 5th analyzes and expounds the function and practical value of the distribution system of agricultural production cooperatives in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China.
