【摘要】：糧票作為糧食統(tǒng)購統(tǒng)銷政策的產(chǎn)物，是計劃經(jīng)濟體制下糧食供應(yīng)的重要制度。作為糧食銷售的制度化內(nèi)容，糧票維護支持著糧食統(tǒng)銷政策的實施。 本文以河北省糧票為研究對象，考察了河北省糧票產(chǎn)生、發(fā)行流通的過程,對河北省糧票的印制發(fā)行、流通管理、封存銷毀等方面進行了整理和分析，意在說明糧票作為糧食計劃供應(yīng)制度的核心內(nèi)容，在糧食統(tǒng)購統(tǒng)銷政策中發(fā)揮了重要的作用，保證了工業(yè)化建設(shè)和社會穩(wěn)定。隨著糧票大規(guī)模的流通使用，其對人們的社會生活產(chǎn)生了一定影響，，使人們形成勤儉節(jié)約、遵守規(guī)則的社會意識。但它同時也阻斷了城鄉(xiāng)間的溝通交流，引發(fā)了一些不良社會問題。 糧票作為特殊歷史時期的一種有價證券，在某些方面具有了貨幣的屬性。從社會學的視角對糧票進行解讀，可以看到糧票具有支付、計算、異化、文化的社會功能，對當時的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會穩(wěn)定起到了積極作用。 糧票不僅充當貨幣功能，具有經(jīng)濟屬性，在票面的設(shè)計方面也具有一定的文化、地域特征。作為計劃經(jīng)濟時代的載體，對糧票進行深入的研究，可以還原計劃經(jīng)濟體制下的政治、經(jīng)濟、社會生活等方面的面貌，加深對計劃經(jīng)濟時代的認識和理解。
[Abstract]:As a product of the grain purchase and marketing policy, grain stamps are an important system of grain supply under the planned economy system, and as the institutionalized content of grain sales, the maintenance of grain stamps supports the implementation of the grain marketing policy. In this paper, Hebei Province grain stamps as the research object, the production of grain stamps in Hebei Province, circulation process, the distribution of Hebei Province grain stamps, circulation management, storage destruction and other aspects of sorting and analysis. It is intended to explain that grain stamps, as the core content of grain supply system, play an important role in the policy of grain purchase and marketing, and ensure the construction of industrialization and social stability. With the large-scale circulation of grain stamps. It has a certain influence on people's social life, makes people form the social consciousness of frugality and obeying the rules, but it also blocks the communication between urban and rural areas and causes some bad social problems. Grain stamps as a special historical period of a marketable security, in some aspects have the nature of money. From the perspective of sociology to interpret grain stamps, we can see that food stamps have payment, calculation, alienation. The social function of culture played a positive role in economic development and social stability at that time. Grain stamps not only act as monetary function, have economic attributes, but also have certain cultural and regional characteristics in the design of the face. As the carrier of the planned economy era, the grain stamps are deeply studied. It can restore the political, economic and social life under the planned economy system, and deepen the understanding and understanding of the planned economy era.
