【摘要】：本文以蔣介石對知識青年從軍運動的態(tài)度和舉措為主線,主要敘述和分析了蔣介石對知識青年從軍的認識、蔣介石對知識青年從軍運動的掌控以及蔣介石對從軍青年的運用,集中體現(xiàn)了抗戰(zhàn)后期蔣介石所發(fā)動的知識青年從軍運動中蔣介石與當(dāng)時的知識青年這一群體的關(guān)系。兩者之間的關(guān)系可以分為兩個方面看待,一方面是蔣介石對從軍知識青年的掌控和利用,另一方面是現(xiàn)役及復(fù)員青年軍對待國民政府和國民黨的態(tài)度,包括入伍前的不信任和復(fù)員后的抱怨。不可否認的是,前后兩期青年軍以及復(fù)員青年軍,都在蔣介石以及國民政府的軍事和政治部署中發(fā)揮了很大的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on Jiang Jieshi's attitude and measures towards the movement of intellectual youth, this paper mainly narrates and analyzes the cognition of Jiang Jieshi on the movement of educated youth to join the army. Jiang Jieshi's control of the movement of educated youth to join the army and the use of Jiang Jieshi to the youth of the army. It embodies the relationship between the intellectual youth and the educated youth in the later period of the War of Resistance against Japan launched by Jiang Jieshi in the movement of joining the army. The relationship between them can be divided into two aspects. On the one hand, Jiang Jieshi's control and utilization of the educated youth of the army, on the other hand, the attitude of the active and demobilized youth army towards the National Government and the Kuomintang. Including the distrust before enlistment and the complaints after demobilization. It is undeniable that both the former and the former Al-Shabaab have played a great role in the military and political arrangements of Jiang Jieshi and the National Government.
