【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產是近半個世紀興起的研究，國外該領域的研究主要包括：工業(yè)考古學、工業(yè)歷史地段更新、工業(yè)建筑遺產改造與再利用、工業(yè)景觀與工業(yè)旅游等方面，在保護再利用實踐和價值評判體系等領域已積累了不少寶貴的經驗。我國工業(yè)遺產研究起步較晚，目前尚未形成系統(tǒng)的理論，多半借鑒國外經驗，但同時也應當注意到我國工業(yè)遺產與國外有所不同，在研究時需要區(qū)別對待，認真總結。 天津是我國近代工業(yè)的先驅者，不僅工業(yè)種類齊全而且發(fā)展水平較高。紡織業(yè)曾一度是天津近代城市的支柱產業(yè)，工廠遍布全市，但這些重要的工業(yè)遺存卻在一輪又一輪的城市快速更新和擴張中被忽略甚至拆除。因此將天津近代紡織業(yè)遺產作為選題是非常必要的，對城市文脈的延續(xù)性帶有搶救性的現(xiàn)實價值。 本文將天津近代紡織業(yè)的發(fā)展劃為三個歷史節(jié)點，介紹了在不同歷史時期境遇下的發(fā)展情況。并以歷史學、紡織技術專業(yè)史、歷史人物、建筑學以及生產技術方面梳理總結天津紡織業(yè)的顯著特點，探索天津近代紡織業(yè)遺產的形成背景、工業(yè)分布特征和建筑特征的方方面面。這些都是構成天津近代紡織業(yè)遺產價值的重要部分。運用綜合分析法，通過橫向分析國外國內相同類型的工業(yè)遺產保護經驗，為天津近代紡織業(yè)的保護和再利用提供可參考的內容。 通過實地走訪和文獻整理，對天津近代著名的紡織企業(yè)做出詳細的匯總。探討在目前廣泛使用的價值評估體系下，，天津近代紡織業(yè)的價值表現(xiàn)與潛力，為后續(xù)的保護和研究提供現(xiàn)實依據。
[Abstract]:Industrial heritage is a rising research in nearly half a century. The research abroad mainly includes: industrial archaeology, the renewal of industrial historical sites, the reconstruction and reuse of industrial architectural heritage, industrial landscape and industrial tourism and so on. In the field of protection and reuse practice and value evaluation system, many valuable experiences have been accumulated. The research on industrial heritage in China started late, but has not yet formed a systematic theory, most of which draw lessons from foreign experience. But at the same time, we should pay attention to the difference between China's industrial heritage and foreign countries. Tianjin is the pioneer of modern industry of our country, not only the industry is complete and the development level is high. The textile industry was once the pillar industry of Tianjin modern city, the factory spread all over the whole city. However, these important industrial relics have been ignored or even dismantled in the rapid renewal and expansion of cities, so it is very necessary to select Tianjin textile heritage as the topic. The continuity of urban context has the practical value of rescuing. In this paper, the development of modern textile industry in Tianjin is divided into three historical nodes, introducing the development of the situation in different historical periods, and history, textile technology professional history, historical figures. Architecture and production technology summarized the outstanding characteristics of Tianjin textile industry, explore the formation of Tianjin textile industry heritage background. All aspects of industrial distribution and architectural characteristics. These are important parts of Tianjin textile heritage value. Comprehensive analysis method is used. Based on the horizontal analysis of the experience of the same type of industrial heritage protection at home and abroad, this paper provides some references for the protection and reuse of modern textile industry in Tianjin. Through field visits and literature collation, this paper makes a detailed summary of Tianjin's famous textile enterprises in modern times, and probes into the value performance and potential of Tianjin's modern textile industry under the widely used value evaluation system. To provide practical basis for subsequent protection and research.
