【摘要】：日本通過日俄戰(zhàn)爭,強占了撫順煤礦,后經(jīng)由滿鐵經(jīng)營。滿鐵作為日本政府在中國東北地區(qū)成立的國策會社,得地利的優(yōu)勢條件,在攫取到撫順煤炭開采權(quán)的前提下,較早地開始了對撫順地區(qū)煤炭資源的勘探、開采。在其經(jīng)營撫順煤礦的近40年里,滿鐵對掠奪撫順煤炭資源做了詳細(xì)的勘察,進(jìn)而制定了詳細(xì)的計劃。滿鐵為滿足日本陸海軍對資源的強烈需求,傾其全部力量,對撫順煤礦進(jìn)行了地毯式的搜刮掠奪。這也足以對滿鐵的掠奪性質(zhì)予以充分暴露。在滿鐵對撫順煤礦控制的近40年時間里,從撫順煤礦開采掠奪的煤達(dá)2億噸,從撫順煤礦獲取的總利潤高達(dá)2億6千多萬日元。其中運往日本國內(nèi)用以發(fā)展其重工業(yè),特別是軍事工業(yè)的高達(dá)3200萬噸。滿鐵利用這些掠奪來的煤炭資源,既發(fā)展了其殖民地經(jīng)濟(jì)以及日本國內(nèi)軍需工業(yè),又對日本發(fā)動的侵略戰(zhàn)爭提供了重要的能源資源。在近40年的時間里,滿鐵按照制定的計劃,對撫順煤炭資源進(jìn)行了掠奪式的開采,從撫順煤礦榨取了大量財富,對撫順煤礦的工人進(jìn)行殘酷的壓榨和剝削,其實行的濫采濫挖給日后的撫順地區(qū)帶來了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。而作為滿鐵直營的撫順煤礦也成為東北地區(qū)礦產(chǎn)資源掠奪的一個縮影。滿鐵占據(jù)撫順煤礦的目的就是為了掠奪撫順煤炭資源,而通過對撫順煤炭資源的掠奪也就造成了很多后果。這其中,有些是對日后撫順煤礦的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ),但更多的是因為不合理的開采,產(chǎn)生了一系列的不良后果。這些不良后果中,對掠奪來的撫順煤炭資源的利用情況、對撫順煤礦工人的壓榨剝削及對撫順煤炭掠奪所帶來的影響尤為深刻。通過滿鐵對撫順煤炭資源掠奪問題的探究,我們可以例證日本在戰(zhàn)后做的所謂“大東亞戰(zhàn)爭總結(jié)”史觀的謬誤,也通過對這一問題的探究,使我們清晰的看出滿鐵的真實面目。
