【摘要】：張自忠在七七事變期間究竟如何,令人關(guān)注。1937年7月7日夜至7月9日晨,張自忠和秦德純、馮治安、趙登禹等人協(xié)商,由秦德純出面交涉,與日軍簽訂相互撤軍協(xié)議。這個協(xié)議很快被日軍撕毀,橋本群要求第29軍就取締共產(chǎn)黨、藍(lán)衣社等問題做出"具體說明"。7月11日起,張自忠負(fù)責(zé)交涉。第29軍眾將領(lǐng)反復(fù)討論后同意做出"具體說明",張自忠出面簽訂7月19日"細(xì)目"。但是,日方要求宋哲元成立"華北自治政府",第29軍只能應(yīng)戰(zhàn)。根據(jù)宋哲元的安排,張自忠因時制宜采取措施,盡可能維持日偽眼中"南京政府辦事處之形骸"冀察政務(wù)委員會的存在,遏制漢奸政權(quán)的迅速出籠。這不僅證明張自忠并未"有虧損操守之處",反而再次說明他"忍痛含垢,與敵周旋"。
[Abstract]:From the night of 7 July 1937 to the morning of July 9th, Zhang Zizhong and Qin Deshun, Feng Shing, Zhao Dengyu, and others negotiated, and Qin Dechun came forward to negotiate. Signed with the Japanese mutual withdrawal agreement. This agreement was quickly torn up by the Japanese troops, Hashimoto asked the 29th Army to ban the Communist Party, Blue clothing Agency and other issues such as "specific explanation". July 11th. Zhang Zizhong was in charge of the negotiations. After repeated discussions among the 29th Army generals, they agreed to make "specific explanations," and Zhang Zizhong came forward to sign the July 19th "details." however, the Japanese side demanded that Song Che-yuan set up a "North China Autonomous Government." The 29th Army could only fight. According to Song Che-yuan 's arrangement, Zhang Zizhong took measures to maintain as far as possible the existence of a "Nanjing government office" in the eyes of the Japanese puppet. Not only does it prove that Zhang Zizhong does not "have a loss of integrity", but that he "bears pain and dirt and fights with the enemy" once again.
