【摘要】：20世紀(jì)20年代的廣播事業(yè)對(duì)中國(guó)的政治、軍事、文化教育等方面產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。1923年,中國(guó)第一座廣播電臺(tái)在上海建立作為當(dāng)時(shí)的新生媒體,廣播事業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,大受歡迎。各個(gè)黨派、團(tuán)體有感于此,都竭盡全力地創(chuàng)建廣播電臺(tái)作為自己的輿論宣傳工具。在這樣的背景之下,國(guó)民黨中央與湖南省政府通力合作,開(kāi)始發(fā)展湖南省的廣播事業(yè)。 本文以1912年至1949年中華人民共和國(guó)建立之時(shí)作為考察時(shí)段,探討民國(guó)時(shí)期廣‘播事業(yè)在湖南發(fā)展的概況。按中國(guó)近代歷史分期法將這段歷史分為抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)前、抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期與解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期三個(gè)時(shí)期。文章主體部分的三個(gè)章節(jié)便是按照這三個(gè)歷史階段來(lái)劃分的。每一個(gè)章節(jié)都詳細(xì)敘述了該時(shí)期湖南廣播電臺(tái)的建設(shè)狀況、廣播電臺(tái)節(jié)目的設(shè)置與內(nèi)容以及電子工業(yè)的發(fā)展情況。通過(guò)對(duì)這三個(gè)時(shí)期各個(gè)方面的條分縷析,勾勒出民國(guó)時(shí)期湖南廣播事業(yè)的發(fā)展概況。 湖南省廣播事業(yè)是我國(guó)廣播事業(yè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,它具有自身的地域特色,同時(shí),在廣播事業(yè)發(fā)展的階段,當(dāng)時(shí)的政府也在著手整頓無(wú)線電廣播,這是一個(gè)政府對(duì)于新生事物所必然負(fù)有的管理職能,也是政府借以加強(qiáng)政權(quán)控制的手段之 研究民國(guó)時(shí)期湖南廣播事業(yè)最為重要的一個(gè)出發(fā)點(diǎn),就是想“借前車(chē)之鑒,辟未來(lái)之路”。通過(guò)對(duì)民國(guó)時(shí)期湖南廣播事業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程的整體把握,揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,為21世紀(jì)湖南省廣播電臺(tái)的發(fā)展提供借鑒
[Abstract]:In 1920s, broadcasting had a great influence on China's politics, military affairs, culture and education. In 1923, China's first radio station was established in Shanghai as a new media at that time. The broadcasting industry is growing rapidly and is very popular. All parties and groups feel that they are doing everything they can to create radio stations as their own means of public opinion. Against such a background, all parties and groups have made every effort to create radio stations as their own means of public opinion. The Kuomintang Central Committee and the Hunan Provincial Government worked together to develop broadcasting in Hunan Province. This paper takes the period from 1912 to 1949 when the people's Republic of China was established as the period of investigation. This paper discusses the general situation of the development of the cause of broadcasting in Hunan during the period of the Republic of China. According to the division of modern Chinese history, the history is divided into the period before the War of Resistance against Japan. The three chapters of the main body of the article are divided according to these three historical stages. Each chapter describes in detail the construction of Hunan radio station in that period. . Through the analysis of each aspect of these three periods, this paper outlines the development of Hunan broadcasting during the Republic of China. Hunan broadcasting industry is an important part of China's broadcasting industry, it has its own regional characteristics, at the same time, in the stage of the development of broadcasting, the government at that time also started to rectify radio broadcasting. This is the administrative function that a government must have for the new things, and it is also the means by which the government can strengthen the control of the regime. One of the most important starting points for the study of Hunan broadcasting during the period of the Republic of China is to "draw lessons from the past and open the way to the future." through the overall grasp of the development process of the broadcasting industry in Hunan during the period of the Republic of China, we can take advantage of the advantages and avoid the weaknesses.
