【摘要】：近代以來,民族危機日益加深,為挽救民族危亡,“實業(yè)救國”思潮、“教育救國”思潮、“科學救國”等思潮紛紛出現(xiàn)。第一次世界大戰(zhàn)后,世界各國爭相發(fā)展航空,而“九·一八”事變后,日本侵華加劇,“航空救國”思潮正是在中國當時所面臨的復雜的國際局勢和國內(nèi)嚴峻的民族危機下形成的,當時的有志之士認為發(fā)展航空不失為一種鞏固國防、擺脫民族危機、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的有效途徑。“航空救國”思潮可以說是“實業(yè)救國”思潮、“教育救國”思潮、“科學救國”思潮的繼承和發(fā)展,它們的根本目的都是試圖挽救國家危機,只是救國的途徑有所差異而已,而中國航空建設(shè)協(xié)會就是“航空救國”思潮的產(chǎn)物。中國航空建設(shè)協(xié)會于1936年9月16日成立,到1949年結(jié)束,中國航空建設(shè)協(xié)會是在中國航空協(xié)會和全國航空建設(shè)協(xié)會合并的基礎(chǔ)上形成的官方組織,它具有完善的組織機構(gòu),其前身最早可追溯到1932年的上海的中國航空建設(shè)協(xié)會和中華航空救國會。在“航空救國”思潮下,通過征求會員運動,組織分會,舉辦航空展覽會,倡導航空模型運動,出版《航空建設(shè)》等期刊,創(chuàng)辦中國飛行社,培養(yǎng)航空人才等一系列活動,宣傳航空建設(shè),發(fā)展航空事業(yè),在全國各省市和海外設(shè)立眾多分會,吸收全國各地人民和各地華僑捐款,購買飛機。在抗戰(zhàn)時期發(fā)起了影響深遠的“一元獻機”和“一縣一機”捐機運動,為抗日戰(zhàn)爭的勝利做出了巨大貢獻。中國航空建設(shè)協(xié)會的活動方式、籌資方式,多種多樣,波及范圍廣、方式因時地而異,具有一定持續(xù)性和很強的普及性。中國航空建設(shè)協(xié)會作為民國時期全國性質(zhì)的發(fā)展航空的協(xié)會組織,它的成立及發(fā)展,對于普及航空知識,充實國防力量,促進中國國防的近代化,推動中國航空事業(yè)的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)生重要影響。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, the national crisis has deepened day by day. In order to save the national crisis, the ideological trend of "saving the nation by industry", "saving the nation by education" and "saving the nation by science" have emerged one after the first World War. Various countries in the world are scrambling to develop aviation, and Japan's invasion of China intensified after the "September 18" incident, and the trend of thought of "aviation saving the country" was formed under the complex international situation and the severe national crisis in China at that time. At that time, people with lofty aspirations thought that the development of aviation was an effective way to consolidate national defense, get rid of the national crisis, and develop the economy. The ideological trend of "saving the country by aviation" can be said to be "saving the nation by industry" and "saving the nation by education". The inheritance and development of the ideological trend of "scientific salvation of the nation", their fundamental purpose is to try to save the national crisis, but the ways to save the country are different. And the China Aviation Construction Association is the product of the trend of "aviation saving the nation". The China Aviation Construction Association was established in September 16th 1936 and ended in 1949. The China Aviation Construction Association is an official organization formed on the basis of the merger of the China Aviation Association and the National Aviation Construction Association, and it has a perfect organization. Its predecessor can be traced back to the China Aeronautical Construction Association and the China Aviation Rescue Association in Shanghai in 1932. Under the ideological trend of "aviation saving the country", it organized chapters and held aviation exhibitions through the solicitation of member movements. We will advocate the aviation model movement, publish "Aviation Construction" and other periodicals, set up the China Aviation Society, train aviation personnel, and promote aviation construction and the development of the aviation industry. Many chapters have been set up in provinces, cities and overseas countries throughout the country to attract donations from people from all over the country and overseas Chinese to buy airplanes. During the War of Resistance against Japan, a far-reaching campaign of "one Yuan to donate planes" and "one county, one machine" was launched. For the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan made a great contribution. China Association for Aeronautical Construction activities, financing, a variety of ways, affecting a wide range of ways, different time and place. China Aviation Construction Association as a national aviation development association organization during the Republic of China, its establishment and development, to popularize aviation knowledge, enrich the national defense force. Promoting the modernization of China's national defense and promoting the development of China's aviation industry have had an important impact.
