【摘要】： 謚號是對死去的帝王、貴族、大臣及士大夫等根據(jù)其生平功過進行評價,然后給予或褒或貶的稱號。謚法屬于古代五禮中的兇禮,是國家禮儀教化中的一項重要制度,對人們的行為心理和公眾價值觀念構(gòu)成了深遠的影響。 本文從分析大行皇帝尊謚議入手,論述所上皇帝的謚議,對比分析謚號中出現(xiàn)頻率較高的謚字,認(rèn)為這些謚字的反復(fù)出現(xiàn)正是明代帝王倡導(dǎo)的價值取向、道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn),希望以此宣揚道德教化。尊謚議中所上廟號、謚號一起集中反映對帝王的當(dāng)代評價。明代皇帝廟號取字《謚法》,尊謚議中則有皇帝廟號來歷的專門論述,這是明代皇帝謚法制度化的表現(xiàn)。 中國古代謚法最終定型于明清時期,明代皇帝謚號的擬定、討論、頒行過程較之前代愈加成熟。但明代帝王謚號走向溢美之端,謚號有美無惡。謚號形式和意義的變化顯示出明代價值評判觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變。追謚、改謚、奪謚等特例反映出謚法作為王朝統(tǒng)治工具的實施情況,明代社會和政治中的一些重大事件亦在謚法中有所體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Posthumous title is to the dead emperor, aristocrat, minister, scholar and so on according to his life merit to carry on the appraisal, then gives or praises or demeans the title. Posthumous law belongs to the ferocious etiquette in ancient times, which is an important system of national etiquette education, and has a far-reaching influence on people's behavior psychology and public values. This article starts with the analysis of the posthumous discussion of the emperor of Daxing, discusses the posthumous discussion of the emperors, compares and analyzes the high frequency posthumous characters in the posthumous title, and thinks that the repeated emergence of these posthumous characters is the value orientation and moral standard advocated by the emperors of the Ming Dynasty. It is hoped that this will preach moral education. Shipong on the temple, posthumous together to reflect the contemporary evaluation of emperors. In the Ming Dynasty, there was a special discussion on the origin of the emperor's temple number, which was the manifestation of the institutionalization of the emperor's posthumous law in the Ming Dynasty and the discussion on the origin of the emperor's temple number. The ancient Chinese posthumous law was finally fixed in the Ming and Qing dynasties. The Ming Dynasty emperor posthumous title was drawn up, discussed, and the process of promulgation was more mature than that of the previous generation. But Ming Dynasty emperor posthumous toward the end of beauty, posthumous title has beauty without evil. The change of posthumous sign form and meaning shows the change of value judgment concept in Ming Dynasty. The special cases of posthumous title, changing posthumous title and seizing posthumous title reflect the implementation of posthumous law as a tool of dynastic rule, and some important events in the society and politics of Ming Dynasty are also reflected in posthumous law.
