【摘要】：清朝嘉慶十四年十二月十二日夜晚,中國人黃亞勝在廣州被外國水手殺死,其后兇手被指控為英國水手,中英雙方就此案件進(jìn)行長期交涉,成為鴉片戰(zhàn)爭前中英商貿(mào)、外交及司法關(guān)系的一個(gè)重要事件,黃亞勝事件保留了一批珍貴檔案,深刻反映了清代文書制度的內(nèi)容特點(diǎn),影響了鴉片戰(zhàn)爭前后中英商貿(mào)、外交關(guān)系、涉外法權(quán)、條約口岸體制的變遷。
[Abstract]:On the night of December 12, 14 in Jiaqing, the Qing Dynasty, Huang Yasheng, a Chinese, was killed by a foreign sailor in Guangzhou, and the murderer was later accused of being a British sailor. The Chinese and British sides engaged in long-term negotiations on this case and became a Sino-British trade before the Opium War. An important event in diplomatic and judicial relations, the Huang Yasheng incident retained a number of precious archives, which profoundly reflected the contents and characteristics of the document system in the Qing Dynasty and affected Sino-British trade, diplomatic relations, and foreign-related legal rights before and after the Opium War.
