論墨子的治國(guó)思想及其現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值

【摘要】: 墨子生于春秋戰(zhàn)國(guó)時(shí)期。當(dāng)時(shí),隨著生產(chǎn)力的迅速發(fā)展,舊的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系被打破,新的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系還沒(méi)有建立起來(lái),社會(huì)十分混亂。當(dāng)時(shí)的有識(shí)之士代表各階層的利益,提出了許多治國(guó)良方。墨子代表平民百姓的切身利益,也提出了一套系統(tǒng)的治國(guó)主張:墨子認(rèn)為治理國(guó)家首先要有準(zhǔn)則、標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但由于人性的弱點(diǎn),治國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)“莫若法天”,并進(jìn)一步對(duì)法的重要性進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單闡述;怎樣治理國(guó)家,使社會(huì)和諧?墨子提出了“兼相愛(ài)交相利”,為他一整套治國(guó)理論奠定了思想基礎(chǔ),為我們今天怎樣處理人與人、國(guó)與國(guó)之間的關(guān)系提供了倫理基礎(chǔ);國(guó)家的安危治理,關(guān)鍵在于統(tǒng)治者的施政措施,墨子提出“尚賢、尚同、節(jié)用、非攻”等一系列治國(guó)主張。 墨子所處時(shí)代是中國(guó)歷史上發(fā)生社會(huì)激變的時(shí)期,與當(dāng)今世界的發(fā)展有相似之處,也與當(dāng)代中國(guó)處于轉(zhuǎn)型或轉(zhuǎn)軌時(shí)期有一定的相似之處。墨子的治國(guó)思想不僅在歷史上具有不可磨滅的進(jìn)步性,而且對(duì)當(dāng)今的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,對(duì)當(dāng)代社會(huì)的國(guó)與國(guó)之間的溝通、國(guó)家內(nèi)部的治理以及構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)、加強(qiáng)公民道德建設(shè)都具有極其進(jìn)步的借鑒意義。為此,應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)對(duì)墨家文化傳統(tǒng)的研究,深刻發(fā)掘其合理思想,尤其是墨子的和諧思想,尋找與當(dāng)前我國(guó)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)的結(jié)合點(diǎn),,提高我們建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)的能動(dòng)性、創(chuàng)造性和實(shí)效性。

The men of insight at that time represented the interests of all classes and put forward many good ways to govern the country. Mozi, on behalf of the vital interests of the common people, has also put forward a set of systematic claims for governing the country: Mozi believes that the first thing to govern a country is to have norms and standards, but due to the weakness of human nature, the standard of governing the country is "not a law of heaven." Furthermore, the importance of law is briefly expounded. How to govern the country and make the society harmonious? Mozi put forward the idea of "loving each other and benefiting each other", which laid an ideological foundation for his whole theory of governing the country, and provided an ethical basis for how we deal with the relationship between people and countries. The key to the safety and security of the country lies in the administrative measures of the rulers. Mozi put forward a series of ideas of governing the country, such as "Shang Xian, still the same, save money, not attack". Mozi's age is a period of social upheaval in Chinese history, which is similar to the development of today's world and is similar to that of contemporary China in the period of transition or transition. Mozi's thought of governing the country not only has the indelible progress in history, but also has great influence on the social and economic development and progress, the communication between the countries of the contemporary society, the governance within the country and the construction of a harmonious society.
