清代善書的刊刻與傳播

【摘要】: 中文摘要:從20世紀(jì)20年代起,善書引起了國內(nèi)外很多學(xué)者的關(guān)注和重視,并從思想史、宗教史、社會史等不同的角度對善書進(jìn)行了深入的研究,出現(xiàn)了一系列深具影響的論著。然時(shí)至今日,關(guān)于清代善書的出版史尚無系統(tǒng)的論著。本文在梳理七百多種善書的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)學(xué)和文化傳播學(xué)的方法,對清代善書刊刻與流通做出初步的考察。首先,在前人研究成果充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,對清代善書進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的清理,根據(jù)編撰形式及內(nèi)容將其分為十一類,并對不同類型善書的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納和總結(jié),提出清代刊刻的善書有多樣化發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)。其次,對中國傳統(tǒng)四大刻書系統(tǒng)以及清代善堂善會刻印善書的情況分別進(jìn)行了考察,提出坊刻系統(tǒng)對于清代善書刊刻做出了最為重要的貢獻(xiàn)。同時(shí),從區(qū)域空間分布的角度出發(fā),對北京、蘇州、上海、南京、廣州等地的書坊善書刊刻,分別進(jìn)行了初步的研究。再次,從清代交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的拓展,以及郵驛系統(tǒng)發(fā)達(dá)的背景下,指出在善書編纂、刻印及銷售善書的過程中,編著者和書商非常注重多種方式勸人多讀、多刻、多施善書。各種類型的善書也不再局限于一地,而通過善書流通處、善堂善會、寺廟、科場等多種途徑,在全國范圍內(nèi)得以廣泛流通。筆者嘗試對多種不同的“善書流通法”進(jìn)行了整理和總結(jié)。最后,本文在對清代善書的閱讀實(shí)況進(jìn)行初步考察的基礎(chǔ)上,指出除傳統(tǒng)士人外,清代還構(gòu)成了兒童和女性兩個(gè)特殊的閱讀群體。兒童早年閱讀善書的經(jīng)歷往往影響到后日善書的創(chuàng)作,而女性更是直接或間接地參與到善書的創(chuàng)作與刊刻,他們以不同的方式推動了清代善書的傳播。善書中所宣揚(yáng)的積善累德、因果報(bào)應(yīng)思想,以及對善堂善會規(guī)章、制度的總結(jié),推動了社會救濟(jì)活動的開展以及傳統(tǒng)慈善事業(yè)的建設(shè)。清代善書的傳播,在社會教化和穩(wěn)定社會秩序方面發(fā)揮了積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Abstract: since the 1920s, good books have attracted the attention of many scholars at home and abroad, and have been deeply studied from different angles, such as the history of thought, the history of religion and the history of society. A series of influential works appeared. However, to this day, there is no systematic treatise on the publishing history of good books in Qing Dynasty. On the basis of combing more than 700 good books, this paper attempts to make a preliminary investigation on the engraving and circulation of good books and periodicals in the Qing Dynasty by using the methods of philology and cultural communication. First of all, on the basis of the previous research results, the Qing Dynasty good books were systematically cleaned up, according to the compilation of form and content will be divided into eleven categories, and the characteristics of different types of good books are summarized and summarized. It is pointed out that the good books printed in Qing Dynasty have the characteristics of diversified development. Secondly, the paper investigates the Chinese traditional four engraving system and the Qing Dynasty Shanshan Society, respectively, and points out that the Fang engraving system has made the most important contribution to the Qing Dynasty good book engraving. At the same time, from the point of view of regional spatial distribution, this paper makes a preliminary study on the books and periodicals of Shufang in Beijing, Suzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou and so on. Thirdly, from the development of traffic network in Qing Dynasty and the developed postal post system, it is pointed out that in the process of compiling, engraving and selling good books, editors and booksellers pay great attention to various ways to persuade people to read more, more engraved, and more good books. All kinds of good books are no longer confined to one place, but can be widely circulated in the whole country through many channels, such as the circulation of the good books, the good church, the temple, the branch and so on. The author tries to sort out and summarize various kinds of "good book circulation methods". Finally, on the basis of a preliminary investigation of the reading facts of the good books in the Qing Dynasty, this paper points out that in addition to the traditional scholars, the Qing Dynasty also constituted two special reading groups: children and women. Children's experiences of reading good books in early years often affect the creation of good books in the coming days, while women are directly or indirectly involved in the creation and publication of good books. They promoted the spread of good books in different ways in the Qing Dynasty. The thought of accumulated virtue, karma and retribution, as well as a summary of the rules and regulations of the good Society, promoted the development of social relief activities and the construction of traditional charity. The spread of good books in Qing Dynasty played an active role in social enlightenment and stability of social order.
