【摘要】：正福利抑或特權(quán)?從官僚制自身而言,無論是醫(yī)療保障還是節(jié)假日安排,抑或子孫受教育與入仕的權(quán)利,都可視為一種職位性"福利",但是若將衡量的尺度改為社會一般水平,就可以看出這些"福利"所包含的特權(quán)性質(zhì)從秦漢至明清,由于官僚體制需要順利運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),因而各個(gè)時(shí)代對官員的各項(xiàng)待遇也都有所規(guī)定。官員的這些待遇,究竟是合理還是不合理,對官僚制又有著什么樣的影響?就讓我們以唐
