【摘要】：總管內(nèi)務(wù)府大臣在清宮太監(jiān)管理中發(fā)揮了重要作用,有效地防止了宦官擅權(quán)。本文著重闡述內(nèi)務(wù)府大臣在太監(jiān)的選用、日常管理及犯罪處罰中的作用,指出特殊的身份地位、最高統(tǒng)治者對太監(jiān)的極力貶抑和對內(nèi)務(wù)府大臣權(quán)威的肯定以及高度集中的權(quán)力是內(nèi)務(wù)府大臣能夠有效管理清宮太監(jiān)的基本原因。
[Abstract]:The Minister of Internal Affairs played an important role in the management of eunuchs and effectively prevented eunuchs. This paper focuses on the role of the Minister of Home Affairs in the selection, daily management and punishment of eunuchs, and points out his special status. The supreme ruler's strong derogation of eunuch, the affirmation of the authority of the interior minister and the highly centralized power were the basic reasons for the minister to manage the eunuch effectively.
