【摘要】:正18~19世紀之交是清代社會結(jié)束所謂"康乾盛世"、進入長達一個世紀的衰落期的轉(zhuǎn)折點。為什么中國社會在此時由盛轉(zhuǎn)衰、由治轉(zhuǎn)亂?除了政治、歷史等因素之外,氣候變化這個不曾被廣泛關(guān)注的因素或許也為加速清朝衰落"貢獻"了力量。最近由北京師范大學地理學與遙感科學學院方修琦教授及中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所蕭凌波博士等人合作完成的一項研究結(jié)果顯示,以急速降溫和極端旱澇災害頻次增加為標志的氣候變
[Abstract]:At the turn of the 19th century, it was the turning point for the Qing Dynasty to end the so-called "Kangqian prosperous period" and enter a century-long period of decline. Why did Chinese society change from prosperity to decline and from governance to chaos at this time? Apart from political, historical and other factors, climate change, which has not received much attention, may have contributed to accelerating the decline of the Qing Dynasty. A recent study by Professor Fang Xiuqi, School of Geography and remote Sensing Sciences, Beijing normal University, and Dr. Xiao Lingbo, Institute of Geography and Resources, Chinese Academy of Sciences, shows that Climate change marked by rapid cooling and increasing frequency of extreme drought and waterlogging disasters
