康熙時期中俄交涉中的清朝邊民越境事件

【摘要】：康熙時期清朝邊民或因俄國引誘,或因捕獵放牧,或因逃避戰(zhàn)禍及法律制裁等原因私自越境進入俄國境內(nèi),引發(fā)兩國交涉。本文在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從涉外法律的角度,探討了清朝交涉越境事件的法理依據(jù)、具體操作方式、實際效果等。
[Abstract]:During the Kangxi period, the border people of the Qing Dynasty, either because of Russia's temptation, or because of hunting and grazing, or because of escaping the war disaster and legal sanctions, they entered Russia privately, which led to the negotiation between the two countries. Based on the existing research and from the angle of foreign law, this paper discusses the legal basis, the concrete operation mode and the actual effect of the Qing Dynasty dealing with cross-border events.
