從“沽酒市脯不食”看西周人的食品安全心理

【摘要】：飲食作為社會生活的重要內(nèi)容,在西周朝頗受關(guān)注,并產(chǎn)生了諸子的飲食觀。故孔子在《論語》里有云:"沽酒市脯不食。"孔子在《論語》中的這些關(guān)于合理飲食的論述,代表著周人的食品文化心理,也反映了西周人對食品安全的要求。
[Abstract]:Diet, as an important part of social life, received much attention in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and produced the view of diet. Therefore, Confucius in the Analects of Confucius in the cloud: "Gu wine market not to eat." Confucius' argumentation on rational diet in Analects of Confucius represents the food cultural psychology of Zhou people and also reflects the requirements of food safety for the people of Western Zhou Dynasty.
