【摘要】：清代大計"考語",是督撫對屬官考核的綜合評語,亦為考察官員政績的主要依據(jù)。"考語"分為卓異官、平等官、應(yīng)去官三類,具有概括性,而相關(guān)"事實"則為官員細化的日常行政表現(xiàn)。清前中期政府重視大計"考語",為此多次進行調(diào)整,其注寫方式漸趨簡化,"八字考語"成為慣例。官員實政則體現(xiàn)于上官出具的"事實"。"考語"的固定模式,對清代后期地方官年終密考、州縣事實考核等規(guī)制皆產(chǎn)生較大影響。在清代的不同發(fā)展時期,大計官員的"考語"、"事實"的格式和內(nèi)容都有變化,從側(cè)面折射出地方吏治的清濁。
[Abstract]:The examination of language in Qing Dynasty is the comprehensive comment of governor and governor on the examination of subordinate officials, and it is also the main basis for investigating the achievements of officials. " The examination language is divided into three types: outstanding officials, equal officials, officials should go to three types, with generality, and the relevant "facts" are the officials' detailed daily administrative performance. Before and in the middle of Qing Dynasty, the government attached great importance to the "examination of language" and adjusted it many times. Officials' actual administration is reflected in the "facts" issued by the upper officials. " The fixed mode of "examination of language" has a great influence on the regulations of local officials in the late Qing Dynasty, state and county facts examination and so on. In the different development period of Qing Dynasty, the format and content of "examination language" and "fact" of the officials changed, which reflected the local officials from the side.
