試論春秋時期的土功

【摘要】：春秋時期土功對于國家是非常重要的,原則上不能影響農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)。動土功的時間一般會在秋天收獲之后和初冬時節(jié)。一方面不誤春種、夏收和秋收;另一方面,又能防御外國的入侵。但實際情況是,由于春秋時期局勢的動蕩,國家安全、同盟互助、爭霸戰(zhàn)爭、政治斗爭和統(tǒng)治者的喜好等成為各國大興土功的決定性因素,隨時可能進(jìn)行土功活動。
[Abstract]:The Spring and Autumn period soil work is very important for the country, in principle can not affect agricultural production. The time of earth-breaking usually occurs after the autumn harvest and early winter. On the one hand, spring, summer and autumn harvest; on the other hand, can protect against foreign invasion. But the actual situation is that due to the instability of the situation during the Spring and Autumn period, national security, alliance and mutual assistance, war for hegemony, political struggle and the preferences of rulers and so on, it is possible to carry out earth work activities at any time.
