【摘要】：正民以食為天。古往今來,糧食都關(guān)系到國計民生,是歷朝歷代君王關(guān)注的大事,這在以農(nóng)耕為主的封建社會更顯突出,農(nóng)業(yè)稅成為國家的主要財政收入來源之一。在當(dāng)代人的記憶里,江淮一帶"雙季稻"一詞的出現(xiàn)與廣泛使用,似乎始于"文革"后期的1970年代。翻閱《清宮揚州御檔》,我們驚喜地發(fā)現(xiàn),清代初年,近300年前的康熙五十六年至五十七年(1717年-1718年),揚州、蘇州一帶就曾經(jīng)試種御稻(雙季稻),這可能是檔案記載較早的官方組織的水稻專項科研項目之一。近十件珍貴的《清宮揚州御
