【摘要】：嘉慶年間,中國人黃亞勝在廣州被英國水手殺死,成為影響鴉片戰(zhàn)爭前中英商貿(mào)、外交及司法關(guān)系的一個重要事件。本文匯集東印度公司檔案、基督教會檔案、《東印度公司對華貿(mào)易編年史》、《中華帝國對外關(guān)系史》以及《達衷集》中保存的黃亞勝案件檔案資料,考證還原案件的原因、審理過程及廣泛影響。
[Abstract]:During the period of Jiaqing, Huang Yasheng, a Chinese, was killed by British sailors in Guangzhou, an important event affecting Sino-British trade, diplomacy and judicial relations before the Opium War. This paper gathers the archives of East India Company, the Christian Church, the Chronicle of East India Company's Trade with China, the History of the external Relations of the Chinese Empire, and the archives of Huang Yasheng's case, which are kept in the Collection of Dapin, to prove the reasons for the restoration of the case. The trial process and its extensive impact.
