【摘要】： 本文對(duì)明清之際西洋醫(yī)藥學(xué)知識(shí)的在華傳播、臨床實(shí)踐運(yùn)用，以及西醫(yī)藥傳播的意義進(jìn)行了深入而細(xì)致的考察研究。 論文共分四章。明末清初，伴隨著西方傳教士東來(lái)，一些有關(guān)西洋醫(yī)藥學(xué)科技知識(shí)的書(shū)籍被介紹到中國(guó)，因此開(kāi)章分類(lèi)講述了醫(yī)藥學(xué)知識(shí)的傳入，，并對(duì)入華之西洋醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)評(píng)�？滴醭瘯r(shí)期，宮廷開(kāi)始在臨床中使用西洋藥物治愈疾病，故第二章講述了臨床運(yùn)用中的西洋藥物，以及這些藥物的進(jìn)宮途徑。第三章分宮廷和民間探討了西洋醫(yī)生的在華醫(yī)事活動(dòng)，并對(duì)來(lái)華進(jìn)京的西洋醫(yī)生仔細(xì)耙梳，整理成表。第四章對(duì)西洋醫(yī)學(xué)在華的傳播進(jìn)行述評(píng)，對(duì)此段歷史進(jìn)行階段性分期，并探索其傳播原因及其重大意義。 本文在前輩學(xué)者的研究基礎(chǔ)上，旨在對(duì)明清之際西洋醫(yī)學(xué)傳華進(jìn)行全面整合，使之系統(tǒng)化，并通過(guò)進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)明清之際中外醫(yī)學(xué)文化交流，以及傳教士與西洋醫(yī)學(xué)傳入的關(guān)系，幫助我們客觀評(píng)價(jià)來(lái)華傳教士，以及為當(dāng)今的中外醫(yī)學(xué)交流總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the spread of western medicine knowledge in China, the clinical practice and the significance of western medicine communication in Ming and Qing dynasties were investigated and studied in detail. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, with the western missionaries coming to the east, some books about western medical science and technology were introduced to China. During the Kangxi Dynasty, the court began to use western medicine to cure diseases. The third chapter discusses Western doctors' medical activities in China by court and folk, and carefully rakes Western doctors who come to China to form a table. The fourth chapter reviews the spread of Western medicine in China, stages this period of history, and explores the reasons for its spread and its significance. On the basis of the previous scholars' research, this paper aims to integrate western medicine spread to China in the Ming and Qing dynasties, to systematize it, and to further understand the relationship between Chinese and foreign medical cultural exchanges and the relationship between missionaries and Western medicine during the Ming and Qing dynasties. To help us objectively evaluate missionaries in China, and to sum up experience and lessons for today's Chinese and foreign medical exchanges.
