【摘要】：正古往今來,無論是國家朝代,還是公司社團(tuán),人才都是決定其成敗的重要因素。所以人才的識別、選拔和任用是歷任統(tǒng)治者或管理層的工作重心之一。在中國悠久的歷史中,人才選拔的方法種類繁多,層出不窮。從兩漢時期的察舉制、魏晉時期的九品中正制到隋唐時期開始興起并延續(xù)千年的科舉制,無一不是為了選拔人才而采取的手段。兩漢選官采用察舉制,重視個人因社會輿論所產(chǎn)生的名聲,因而社會上開始形成了品評人物的風(fēng)氣,社會名流常常會發(fā)表一些對士人的評價,這些評價就構(gòu)成了社會輿論和名聲。但察舉制對士人的名聲十分看重,卻不
[Abstract]:Throughout the ages, talent has been an important factor in the success or failure of national or corporate societies. Therefore, the identification, selection and appointment of talents is one of the priorities of successive rulers or management. In the long history of China, there are many kinds of talent selection methods. From the inspection system in the Han Dynasty, the nine-product system in the Wei and Jin dynasties to the rise of the imperial examination system in the Sui and Tang dynasties and the continuation of the imperial examination system for a thousand years, none of them is a means to select talents. The election officials of the Han Dynasty adopted the system of inspection and election, and attached importance to the reputation of individuals as a result of public opinion.
