清代黔鉛京運研究

【摘要】:黔鉛京運是清代堪比滇銅京運的又一項大規(guī)模資源運輸工程,然學術界對此問題缺乏應有的關注。本文系統(tǒng)論述了清代黔鉛京運的背景、制度、路線及其影響,認為清代黔鉛京運的興起源于京局鑄幣量擴大而引發(fā)的幣材需求,自雍正十三年起,中央每年劃撥白銀近30萬兩采購黔鉛460萬余斤,由貴州省派員分批押送,自黔西北大定府陸運至四川永寧鉛店,然后沿永寧河、長江、運河入京。黔鉛京運途徑九省,橫跨南北,途程萬余里,數以萬計的官吏、背夫、船夫、水手都投身其中,對清代經濟和貴州區(qū)域發(fā)展產生了重要的影響。
[Abstract]:Qianlead and Beijing transportation is another large-scale transportation project of resources comparable to that of Yunnan copper and Beijing in the Qing Dynasty, but the academic circles lack due attention to this problem. This paper systematically discusses the background, system, route and influence of Qianlead Beijing transportation in Qing Dynasty. It is considered that the rise of Qianlead Beijing transportation in Qing Dynasty originates from the demand for money materials caused by the expansion of the coin quantity of Beijing Bureau, since Yongzheng thirteen years ago. Each year, the central government allocates nearly 300000 tons of silver to more than 4.6 million catties of lead in Guizhou, sent by Guizhou Province in batches, transported by land from Northwestern Guizhou to Yongning, Sichuan, and then entered Beijing along the Yongning River, Yangtze River, and Canal. Through nine provinces across the north and south, thousands of officials, boatmen, boatmen and sailors all threw themselves into it, which had an important impact on the economic development of the Qing Dynasty and the regional development of Guizhou.
