【摘要】：本文從民生的角度分析李世民的治國方略,認為民生是李世民治國方略的重要視角,"水能載舟,亦能覆舟","凡事皆須務本,國以人為本,人以衣食為本,凡營衣食,以不失時為本"等治國方略,無不滲透著濃厚的民生精神和民生理念。
