唐宋試判制度試探——兼論唐宋選官制度的變化

【摘要】:試判作為吏部考選官員的手段起始于隋朝,是科舉制度不可或缺的必要補充和完善。從唐、五代直至北宋前期,在選官和官員管理制度當中,試判都發(fā)揮著相當重要的作用。北宋吏部流內(nèi)銓常調(diào)選人注官、南郊恩例的選人試身言書判、兩度廢置的書判拔萃科及其他文官考選,皆以試判為手段。宋真宗朝之后,試判在銓選中的地位逐漸降低。宋神宗朝王安石變法期間,與科舉制度的改革相同步,試判被正式廢除,銓試法成為考選官員的主要手段。試判制度的興衰,反映了唐宋變革期間選官制度不斷的自我調(diào)整和完善。
[Abstract]:The trial judgment, which originated in the Sui Dynasty, is an indispensable supplement and consummation of the imperial examination system. From Tang, five dynasties to the early Northern Song Dynasty, trial judgment played a very important role in the system of selecting officials and officials. In the Northern Song Dynasty, the officials were often selected, the southern suburbs were selected to try to judge the text, the two obsolete books were selected by means of trial judgment and other civil service examinations. After the Song Dynasty, the trial in the position of selection gradually decreased. During the period of the Wang Anshi reform of Song Shenzong, the trial judgment was abolished and the trial law became the main means of selecting officials. The rise and fall of trial judgment system reflect the constant self-adjustment and perfection of the system of selecting officials during the revolution of Tang and Song dynasties.
