【摘要】：士人習醫(yī)是宋代醫(yī)學的一大特色。他們在傷寒學上的造詣尤為值得注意。郭雍服膺儒學,又精研醫(yī)理。士人注重�？迸c對照的讀書方法是他進入醫(yī)學文本的基礎,儒學中的宗經理念使他對《傷寒論》推重有加。來自程門的讀書心法改變了他的閱讀視角,圣人之"心"代替經書之"義"成為他解讀的鵠的,這為仲景文本的解釋與應用大開無數法門。萬物一理的哲學觀念使他能夠站在"理"的高度上發(fā)現不同癥狀、觀點背后的相通之處,這是郭雍傷寒思想不斷創(chuàng)新的源泉。所有這些都是他的傷寒學成就遠高出家傳世業(yè)醫(yī)者的原因所在,也是士人習醫(yī)促進傷寒學發(fā)展的重要體現。
[Abstract]:The scholar studies medicine is a big characteristic of Song Dynasty medicine. Their knowledge of typhoid fever is particularly noteworthy. Kuo Yong clothing Ying Confucianism, but also a careful study of medical theory. Scholars pay attention to collating and contrasting the reading method is the basis of his access to medical texts. The reading mind method from Cheng Men changed his reading angle, and the heart of the sage became his aim instead of the meaning of the classics, which opened up countless ways for the interpretation and application of the Zhongjing text. The philosophical concept of "all things and one reason" enables him to discover different symptoms from the height of "reason", which is the source of the constant innovation of Guo Yong's thought on typhoid fever. All these are the reasons why his typhoid achievement is far higher than that of his family, and it is also an important embodiment of the scholars' study of medicine to promote the development of typhoid fever.
