【摘要】： 本文以歷史唯物主義為理論指導，運用了歷史學的研究方法，對五代八個主要典章制度進行考證和分析，試圖從制度的角度來看五代歷史所處的獨特歷史地位，從而為唐宋社會的轉型提供一個過渡的認識。本論文內容由前言、正文、結論三部分組成。 前言部分簡略地評述了學術界對五代典章制度的研究的概況，并簡要地闡述了筆者對五代典章制度的基本論點、理論依據和研究方法，指出本課題在目前我國正在建構的政治文明和制度文明中的現(xiàn)實意義。 正文分八章。 第一章通過五代中央財政機構的演變及其軍需職能的凸顯，來論證五代賦役制度的演變，得出這種演變不僅體現(xiàn)鮮明的戰(zhàn)爭特點，也反映了割據因素的存在，進而提出財政格局的概念，并以此來審視五代賦役制度的實施效果及其影響，從而使五代賦役制度的演變體現(xiàn)了五代政治狀況和經濟重心南移的時代特點。 第二章主要論證五代貨幣形態(tài)反映了五代戰(zhàn)爭和割據的狀況，并通過貨幣制度來看五代商品經濟秩序，從而論證了中原和南方商業(yè)地位的變化。 第三章通過官失其職和官失其制兩個角度來分析五代中央職官與君主專制的關系。五代通過對地方行政區(qū)劃的調整，尤其是知州的設置，在地方官制上初步改變了唐末藩鎮(zhèn)割據的局面。通過對五代職 官制度中具有時代特點的演變進行分析，表明五代君主專制和中央集 權日益加強與統(tǒng)一趨勢不可逆轉是相一致的。 第四章通過五代禁軍的演變論證了五代軍權的日趨集中，并通過 對方鎮(zhèn)兵的演變來看五代軍事形勢的變化，，二者不僅體現(xiàn)了五代對軍 隊的控制的逐漸加強，也體現(xiàn)了中央與地方軍事形勢發(fā)生了變化。 第五章首先通過五代科舉的背景分析，來看五代士人的生存環(huán) 境，進而通過科舉制度的演變來看五代國家科舉政策的調整和士人的 文化傾向，并通過士人的科舉目的和手段以及出身后的社會交往的變 化來看五代士風和世風。 第六章通過五代宮學在唐宋之際所發(fā)生的變化，來審視其在中國 古代教育史和文化史上所占有的重要地位�？甲C了五代國于監(jiān)職能地 位的升降，從而論證了國子監(jiān)在五代主要扮演文化的角色；其次探究 了唐代中央官學——六學二館在五代的存廢，進而闡明了五代官學日 益趨向公共的特征。而以卜這些變化則表明五代在唐宋官學轉型、文 化重心的移易中處于樞紐的環(huán)節(jié)。 第七章首先通過五代禮制的考辨來論證五代有無禮制、郊廟地點 與五代兩都分立和士代禮制存廢狀況，井以此為基礎來論證禮制與五 代社會等級結構的變化、禮制與五代宗族與家族地位的變遷和禮制與 五代風俗的移易和滲透，從禮制的角度分析了社會結構的不同層面。 五代禮制以獨特的方式來引導并對社會結構的演變施加影響，與此同 時，也隨著社會結構的變遷付出了自身適應性轉變的代價。 第八章通過立法與五代武人政治的分析，論證刑統(tǒng)與敕是五代法 律的形式和內容，井從五代法律內容中有關刑事和有關民事的法律的 演變來剖析五代社會沖突的變化。通過五代司法狀況的分析來確定五 代法律在社會秩序中的地位，并通過五代法律思想的變化來看社會控 制理論的演進。 結論部分概括了論文的主要論點，指出五代典章制度的歷史地位 和轉型的特征：申明本人在論文中的創(chuàng)新點；闡述了本文在當今政治 文明和制度文明的建設中具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:This paper, guided by historical materialism, uses the research method of history to examine and analyze the system of the five generation and eight main chapters, trying to look at the unique historical position of the five generation of history from the angle of the system, thus providing an understanding of the transition of the social transformation of the Tang and Song dynasties.
