【摘要】：以往對清代糧價報告制度及糧價數(shù)據(jù)可靠性的研究,無論是定性的制度描述,還是定量的數(shù)據(jù)分析,只利用糧價奏折和糧價單等中央檔案進行研究,資料利用上的單一性使正確理解糧價數(shù)據(jù)的真實含義以及全面評價糧價數(shù)據(jù)可靠性無法繼續(xù)深入。本文首先從宮中檔、內(nèi)閣大庫檔等清代檔案資料中梳理了清代糧價細冊制度的建立過程及其執(zhí)行中的細節(jié)問題。然后結(jié)合地方和中央兩個層面的糧價資料,通過將糧價細冊中的糧價數(shù)據(jù)和糧價單中的糧價數(shù)據(jù)進行比對的方法,梳理了地方官員編制糧價清單所采取的方法,理清了府縣兩個層級糧價數(shù)據(jù)之間的關系。在此基礎上,重新認識糧價單數(shù)據(jù)的真實含義,將有助于合理地評價糧價數(shù)據(jù)可靠性以及進行糧價數(shù)據(jù)的研究。
[Abstract]:In the past studies on the grain price reporting system and the reliability of grain price data in the Qing Dynasty, whether qualitative system description or quantitative data analysis, only used the central archives such as grain price discount and grain price list to study.The singularity of data utilization makes it impossible to correctly understand the true meaning of grain price data and to evaluate the reliability of grain price data comprehensively.This article first combs the establishment process and the implementation details of the grain price fine book system in the Qing Dynasty from the archives of the Qing Dynasty, such as the palace middle file, the cabinet big library file and so on.Then, combining with the local and central grain price data, by comparing the grain price data in the grain price register with the grain price data in the grain price list, the methods adopted by the local officials in compiling the grain price list are sorted out.Clear the relationship between the two levels of grain price data.On this basis, a new understanding of the true meaning of grain price data will be helpful to evaluate the reliability of grain price data and to study grain price data.
