【摘要】：明代中葉,大批來自閩西、贛南等地的流民進(jìn)入惠潮山區(qū)從事礦產(chǎn)開采活動(dòng),有力地推動(dòng)了當(dāng)?shù)氐牡V產(chǎn)開發(fā),但也引發(fā)了長(zhǎng)時(shí)期的礦亂,嚴(yán)重影響了當(dāng)?shù)孛癖姷恼Ｉ�。礦亂的發(fā)生,與政府的礦業(yè)統(tǒng)制政策密切相關(guān),而山海交錯(cuò)的地理環(huán)境、豪強(qiáng)對(duì)礦場(chǎng)的控制以及礦產(chǎn)開采的不穩(wěn)定性,也是礦徒"倡亂"的重要因素。礦亂平定后,官府增設(shè)永安、長(zhǎng)寧兩縣,并推行鄉(xiāng)約,試圖加強(qiáng)對(duì)該區(qū)域的政治控制,以建立新的社會(huì)秩序。雖然這些措施在實(shí)際執(zhí)行中效果并不理想,但對(duì)于遏止盜賊生發(fā)和促進(jìn)流民在當(dāng)?shù)氐拈_發(fā)還是起到了一定的積極作用。
[Abstract]:In the middle of Ming Dynasty, a large number of people from other places in Western Fujian, Jiangxi Hui Chao mountain into the refugee engaged in mining activities, a strong impetus to the development of local mineral resources, but also led to a long period of mine chaos, seriously affected the normal life of local people. Mine chaos occurs, and the government is closely related to the mining policy, and the cross of the geographical environment, thus to control mine and stability of mining, it is also an important factor in mine and "advocating chaos". Mine chaos after this, the creation of the Yongan government, Changning two counties, and the implementation of regulations, to strengthen the political control of the region, to build a new social order. Although these in the actual implementation effect is not ideal, but to deter thieves germinal and promote the development of the local people still played a positive role.
