【摘要】： 史學(xué)研究的任務(wù),首先是在占有充分完備史料的基礎(chǔ)上詳盡而有客觀地?cái)⑹龇N種紛紜復(fù)雜的歷史現(xiàn)象,在此基礎(chǔ)上再揭示出隱藏在歷史表象背后的規(guī)律。與此相應(yīng)地,本文從框架上分為兩部分：第一部分是宋代買撲經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象及宋代買撲制度的運(yùn)行機(jī)制；第二部分為宋代買撲制度與宋代社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的互動關(guān)系及變遷路徑分析。 宋代買撲現(xiàn)象是買撲制度研究的基礎(chǔ)。因此,論文的第一章是對宋代買撲現(xiàn)象做個案考察。宋代的買撲類型種類繁多,根據(jù)其特點(diǎn)我把它分為三大類。第一種是宋代政府特許經(jīng)營中的買撲類型,這包括酒、鹽、津渡、坑冶、茶、礬、和醋。第二種是宋代政府采購中的買撲類型。根據(jù)實(shí)施買撲的主體來區(qū)分,我把它分為宋代中央政府實(shí)施的買撲,宋代地方政府實(shí)施的買撲和軍隊(duì)實(shí)施的買撲三類。第三種是官田宅經(jīng)營中的買撲。 運(yùn)行機(jī)制是制度史研究的核心。經(jīng)過長期的實(shí)踐與探索,宋代形成了比較完善的買撲制度運(yùn)行機(jī)制。論文的第二章就是對宋代買撲制度運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行深入探討的結(jié)果。宋代買撲制度的運(yùn)行機(jī)制由管理法規(guī)、管理機(jī)構(gòu)、課額管理、人事控制四部分組成。 宋代買撲制度之所以能夠長期存在,與它對宋代社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)作用是密不可分的。論文的第三章從宋代買撲制度與宋代社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的互動關(guān)系來考察其歷史作用及地位。從宋代歷史進(jìn)程來看,宋代的買撲制度與宋代財(cái)政、宋代商品經(jīng)濟(jì)、宋代役法及宋代專賣制度有著非常緊密的聯(lián)系。 在把握歷史現(xiàn)象的基礎(chǔ)上揭示出隱藏于其后的作用力,無疑會使原有的學(xué)術(shù)研究價值大大的向前邁進(jìn)。通過對幾乎貫穿宋代三百多年的買撲制度的長時段考察,我認(rèn)為其變遷的動力就是宋代市場機(jī)制與政府調(diào)控的博弈結(jié)果,而路徑依賴在于宋代產(chǎn)權(quán)制度、政府干預(yù)和文化傳統(tǒng)的合力作用。
[Abstract]:The task of historical research is to describe all kinds of complicated historical phenomena in detail and objectively on the basis of possessing full and complete historical data, and on this basis to reveal the law hidden behind the historical appearance.Accordingly, this paper is divided into two parts from the frame: the first part is the economic phenomenon of the Song Dynasty and the operating mechanism of the Song Dynasty's buying and attacking system, the second part is the interactive relationship between the Song Dynasty's buying and attacking system and the Song Dynasty's social economy and the analysis of the vicissitude path.The phenomenon of buying and throwing in Song Dynasty is the basis of the research on the system of buying and attacking.Therefore, the first chapter of the thesis is a case study of the phenomenon of the Song Dynasty.There were many types of buying and throwing in Song Dynasty, according to its characteristics, I divided it into three categories.The first is the type of franchise in the Song Dynasty, which includes wine, salt, Jindu, Kengye, tea, alum, and vinegar.The second is the purchase of the Song Dynasty government procurement.According to the main body of the implementation, I divide it into three categories: the central government of the Song Dynasty, the local government of the Song Dynasty and the army.The third is the mandarin house in the business of buying.The operating mechanism is the core of the study of institutional history.After long-term practice and exploration, the Song Dynasty formed a relatively perfect operating mechanism of the buying and throwing system.The second chapter is the result of deep discussion on the operating mechanism of the system of buying and attacking in Song Dynasty.The operating mechanism of the system in Song Dynasty consists of four parts: management law, management organization, management of class amount and personnel control.The reason for the long-term existence of the system of buying and attacking in Song Dynasty is closely related to its promoting function to the social economy of Song Dynasty.The third chapter examines its historical role and position from the interactive relationship between the system of buying and attacking in Song Dynasty and the social economy of Song Dynasty.From the historical process of the Song Dynasty, the system of buying and attacking in the Song Dynasty is closely related to the finance of the Song Dynasty, the commodity economy of the Song Dynasty, the service law of the Song Dynasty and the monopoly system of the Song Dynasty.On the basis of grasping the historical phenomenon, it reveals the force hidden behind, which will undoubtedly make the original academic research value move forward greatly.Through a long period of investigation on the purchase and attack system that has been running through the Song Dynasty for more than 300 years, I think that the motive force of its change is the result of the game between the market mechanism and the government regulation and control in the Song Dynasty, and the path depends on the property right system in the Song Dynasty.Government intervention and the combined effect of cultural traditions.
