【摘要】：翰林書(shū)藝局是宋代翰林院所屬機(jī)構(gòu),掌以書(shū)記、筆墨、琴棋等供奉內(nèi)廷,由宋初建制的翰林御書(shū)院改制而成。在北宋末年,尤其是宋徽宗時(shí)期,翰林書(shū)藝局因當(dāng)時(shí)政治的腐敗而發(fā)生了質(zhì)變,由最初的書(shū)法功能轉(zhuǎn)變成個(gè)別權(quán)貴操縱下的斂財(cái)和牟利機(jī)構(gòu)。特別是梁師成主政期間,書(shū)藝局與時(shí)政的關(guān)系極其密切。梁師成借書(shū)藝局籠絡(luò)門(mén)生故吏以擴(kuò)大權(quán)勢(shì),時(shí)稱(chēng)"隱相";借書(shū)藝局干預(yù)朝政、擾亂科舉取士制度;通過(guò)大肆斂財(cái)使得書(shū)藝局成了"市井游手無(wú)賴(lài)之輩"的雜居之所,在財(cái)政上亦成為了國(guó)家的負(fù)擔(dān)。最終,在昏亂的政局下書(shū)藝局與北宋王朝一道走向了滅亡。
[Abstract]:Hanlin calligraphy Bureau is affiliated to the Song Dynasty Hanlin Academy, with secretary, pen and ink, Qin chess and so on dedicated to the inner court, by the early Song system of the Imperial Academy of Hanlin.In the late Northern Song Dynasty, especially in the period of Huizong of Song Dynasty, the Hanlin calligraphy and Art Bureau changed from the original calligraphy function to the enrichment and profit-making organization under the control of individual powerful and noble.Especially during the period of Liang Shicheng's administration, the relationship between the calligraphy and Art Bureau and the current politics was extremely close.It has also become a financial burden for the country.In the end, under the disorderly political situation, Shuyi Bureau and the Northern Song Dynasty went to the end.
