        漢代是中國(guó)歷史上政治與文化一大發(fā)展時(shí)期，同時(shí)它也處在一個(gè)變革轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期。然而，我們注意到，這一時(shí)期雖然對(duì)秦朝的規(guī)章制度進(jìn)行了變革，但是也保留了許多對(duì)秦朝的因襲，從而為漢代各項(xiàng)制度的完善奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。在這樣特定的歷史背景下，對(duì)漢代婦女所處的地位進(jìn)行研究就顯得尤為重要。在傳統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)中，多數(shù)研究者認(rèn)為婦女只是男性的附屬品，她們?cè)谏鐣?huì)生活中扮演著服務(wù)于男性的角色。然而，通過綜合研究表明，她們?cè)趪?guó)家社會(huì)生活的表現(xiàn)與上述觀點(diǎn)截然相反。因此，本文試從家庭中、婚姻中、社會(huì)上以及法律上對(duì)漢代時(shí)期的婦女地位進(jìn)行探討，從而揭示她們?cè)谏鐣?huì)生活中的真實(shí)情況，在前輩學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)漢代時(shí)期的婦女地位加以重新認(rèn)識(shí)。本論文包括以下內(nèi)容：第一部分：緒論。對(duì)漢代婦女地位的研究意義、研究?jī)r(jià)值、研究成果、研究方法、研究?jī)?nèi)容等方面進(jìn)行綜述。第二部分：漢代家庭中體現(xiàn)的婦女地位。通過研究漢代婦女在家庭生活中的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)和婦女在家庭中的社交活動(dòng)，可以看出她們?cè)诩彝ド钪邪l(fā)揮非常重要的作用，占有重要的地位。漢代婦女在家庭生活中的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)，包括農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)、手工業(yè)勞動(dòng)、商業(yè)活動(dòng)等方面，從范圍來說是廣泛的，從貢獻(xiàn)來說是多方面的，在家庭中具有不可或缺的地位。特別是在漢代，當(dāng)丈夫出去參軍之后，婦女在家里就承擔(dān)起非常重要的角色，比如宴飲賓客、出送賓客等一系列家庭社交活動(dòng)。女子可以和男子一樣，宴飲賓客，甚至可以交相插坐，參加一些家庭社交禮儀。這從另一方面也折射出她們?cè)诩彝ブ芯哂泻芨叩牡匚弧５谌糠郑簼h代婚姻中體現(xiàn)的婦女地位。通過研究漢代婦女婚姻的各個(gè)階段，包括婚姻前、婚姻持續(xù)中和婚姻結(jié)束后，包括婦女對(duì)婚姻的自主程度、離婚后的主動(dòng)反抗，可以看到她們并不是婚姻的被動(dòng)接受者，而是在某種程度上掌握著婚姻的自主權(quán)。尤其是在“男權(quán)至上”觀念還根深蒂固的漢代，還出現(xiàn)了孩子跟隨母姓的情況，僅通過這一點(diǎn)就可以看到，漢代婦女已經(jīng)有了一定程度的解放，凸顯漢代婦女在婚姻中占有較高的自主地位。第四部分：漢代社會(huì)中體現(xiàn)的婦女地位。通過研究漢代婦女尤其是在社會(huì)生活中的范圍，包括從事一定的職業(yè)、被授予一定的爵位、獲得受教育權(quán)和具有參政權(quán)等，可以看到漢代婦女參與到社會(huì)生活的方方面面，對(duì)社會(huì)作出了較大的貢獻(xiàn)，因此普遍受到社會(huì)的尊重，在社會(huì)生活中占據(jù)重要的地位。第五部分：漢代法律中體現(xiàn)的婦女地位。在漢代已經(jīng)形成了比較完備的法律，這些法律對(duì)于維護(hù)婦女的合法權(quán)益起到了重要作用，通過對(duì)婦女一生中經(jīng)歷的三個(gè)時(shí)期進(jìn)行研究，包括為人女、為人妻、為人母三個(gè)階段，法律對(duì)其權(quán)益進(jìn)行維護(hù)。同時(shí)，也能看到法律對(duì)婦女權(quán)益的保護(hù)，恰恰反映了漢代婦女地位的提高。第六部分：結(jié)語。對(duì)漢代婦女地位進(jìn)行總體概括，筆者認(rèn)為漢代婦女擁有非常重要的社會(huì)地位。
